Ttp furniture tidak dikirim kirim...janji janji...semua pihak di telp...tapi mrk jawab tidak tahu...tolong jangan beli di toko ini...display bagus..kalau pesan...mungkin utk yg baru married, setelah anaknya lahir blom tentu pesanan sudah dikirim....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya ibu lukito customer dr rosewood puri, saya mau memberitahukan kepada pihak manager or owner dr rosewood living... agar pesanan saya semuanya di follow up secepatnya, karena saya sebagai customer merasa dipermainkan krn sbb : pengiriman barang saya di cicil, beberapa kali janji ada pengiriman barang tetapi tidak datang, di sms tertulis akan mengirim bbrp barang akan tetapi tdk sesuai yg di sms.
Saya sudah menghubungi customer service dgn ibu mia, yang berjanji akan mengirimkan semua barang saya sebelum tgl 20 juni'16..... jadi tolong saya tunggu sebelum tgl 20, semua barang saya sudah dikirim.
Yang saya bingung rosewood itu bukan toko furniture kecil yg menangani pembelian hanya sedikit, tapi rosewood memiliki showroom yg cukup banyak... jika pesanan saya saja dicicil pengirimannya, bgmana mungkin menangani pembelian dari customer yang lainnya.
Mohon pihak manager memperhatikan dan segera membereskan semua pesanan saya. terima kasih atas perhatiannya.
I am Ibu Lukito customer from Rosewood Puri, I want to inform the manager or owner of Dr. Rosewood Living ... so that all my orders are followed up as soon as possible, because I as a customer feel cheated because of the following: delivery of my goods in installments, several times there are promises delivery of goods but did not arrive, the text will send send some items but it does not match the one in the sms.
I have contacted customer service with Ms. Mia, who promised to send all my items before June 20, '16 ..... so please wait before the date 20, all my items have been sent.
What I'm confused about is that rosewood is not a small furniture store that handles only a few purchases, but Rosewood has quite a lot of showrooms ... if my order is to be repaid in installments, how might it handle purchases from other customers.

Please buat customer yg akan membeli, harap melihat review dulu. Anda pesan sekarang, mereka tidak akan bisa menepati janji kapan selesainya, berdalih akan dipinjamkan barang showroom mereka, agar mereka bisa makin lama produksinya. Sales person yang judulnya stores manager aja bekerja dengan tidak professional, sampai akhirnya dia tidak angkat telepon saya, entah lari kemana. Bagi yang siap di permainkan silahkan beli di rosewood. Saya belanja kebetulan untuk isi project, untuk pertama dan terakhir kalinya di rosewood. Heran masih bisa bertahan dengan reputasi seburuk itu. Apakah sang owner tidak bertindak atau memang begini cara kerja mereka?
