★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli sofa mahal2,bukan murah loh 15 jutaan,pas rusak mau ganti kain yang robek cs dihubungi ga angkat ga bales,barang mahal ini padahal,gila banget barang mahal servicenya parah,dan dijanjiin mlulu mau dibenerin tpi ga nongol2 juga dan perbaikan ganti spreinya pun bayar 4 jtaan bukan gratis tapi tetep ga diurus bner2 ga bertanggung jawab
 Buy an expensive sofa, not cheap, 15 million, when it breaks, I want to replace a torn cloth, cs is contacted, I don't pick up, I don't reply, this expensive item is crazy, expensive stuff, the service is bad, and I was promised to fix it, but it didn't show up and even the bed linen was repaired. paying 4 million is not free but still not taken care of really irresponsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa dengan produk dan servisnya Rosewood. Beli kursi meja rias telat 3 bulan (Tanpa komunikasi apapun). Setelah barang dikirim, dalam 2 bulan, bagian belakang sudah patah. Salesnya ditelpon tidak ada jawaban dan setelah dikejar kejar (2 mingguan), barang bilangnya mau diambil, tapi setelah 1 bulan juga belum diambil juga. Saya rasa dari semua furniture shop - ini pengalaman yang terjelek yang kita pernah alami.
Very disappointed with Rosewood's products and services. Buy a dressing table chair 3 months late (without any communication). After the goods are sent, within 2 months, the back has been broken. The sales were phoned and there was no answer and after being chased (2 weeks), the goods said they wanted to be taken, but after 1 month it had not been taken either. I think of all furniture shops - this is the worst experience we have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought hemisphere dining set, the sales said it include glass table. When the items delivered to my home, it did not include glass table, the worst thing is the sales did not respond when i ask her. Guess they only gave good service to the person they called 'celebrity'. Be careful when you brought their products, make sure you received what you paid.
