★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I live in this compound for almost 3 years already, and overall we love it, it's like a hidden gem very rare to be found. 6 units of 2 storeys houses inside, with the owner lives also inside the compound that make things easier whenever we need their immediate action. Each unit is semi-furnished, very spacious, with cute and simple room arrangement that make everyone inside the house stay connected while they still can have their own privacy. The green area is huge, beautiful, and well maintained, my kids can breath the fresh air while playing bicycle or just running here and there, you feel like you're in the lush tropical secret garden, and the well-maintained shared pool hidden behind those green trees, really makes you feel relax while soaking up the sun. The main gate always safely secured by the staffs that shifted everyday. The area is in the middle of everything you need in the South Jakarta, some international schools, very good reputation hospitals, shopping malls, spas, exercise centres, playgrounds/waterpark, etc. The compound is not affected by the flood when the rain poured, and they have their own electricity generator. The only thing that might be an issue you must consider is the loud praying call from the mosque next door, but living in the country where moslems are the most dominant population, guess you'll just have to learn to get used to it.
