Still quite better humanely way to travel compared to other company in same line of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very recommended for traveller... the price very clear informed by the agent... the facilities inside the agent were clean... mushola equiped with praying mat and mukena. The toilet also clean... we should arrive half hour before departure for check in in the counter to get the bus number and register our luggage. Looks like the process in the airport but in the simple way... like it much. Never experience it before in the other agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is so so. It's just have fan there while the room is so hot. The rest room works well but it's quite dirty and we should pay IDR 2,000. Some buses aren't coming inside the garage so we should be ready to bring the luggage to the road where the bus stopped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue at the ticket window isn't orderly, so we confused. Waiting room is too small and they have few bench. The staffs are friendly enough, they have musholla and one store.
