Saya juga tidak dihubungi ketika barang sampai, padahal di penjelasan awal akan diinfo melalui telpon ketika barang bisa diambil, saya harus mengecek sendiri dengan menelpon kantor pusat mereka untuk mengetahui posisi barang ada di mana. Begitu diambil, saya cuma dikasih gunting untuk unpacking, padahal di perjanjian awal saya tanya packing dan unpack adalah tanggung jawab expedisi! Alasannya karena petugas sudah tidak ada, padahal faktanya di situ ada petugas laki-laki juga di situ. Parah. Di bidang transportasi bus saya percaya rosalia, tapi untuk pengiriman sangat MENGECEWAKAN!!!!!
