★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the building is quite new, its maintenance should be improved. Regarding the wifi, it is really bad. You should come to the lobby to get a stable connection. Also, the staffs were ignorant, less responsive.

- THE STAFFS ARE NEW and are very reliable. They are also nice and far from ignorant, unlike the three previous staffs
- water pressure is stable
- water dispenser is almost never empty
- wifi also more stable now, they just fix it yesterday
- payment reminder to make sure you're not late
