โ โ โ โ โ Saya booking kamar kost di roomme.id namun Ada konfirmasi booking canceled dan uang deposit tidak bisa di refund, saya Coba Tanya jika saya mau booking kamar lagi, apakah Masih harus membayar uang deposit? Karena deposit pertama saya tidak bisa Di rafund dengan Alasan saya blm memakai properti kost. Dan saya harus membayar kembali deposit padahal deposit awal tidak dikembalikan, hati2 jika mau booking by roomme, admin a.n Delita sangat tidak bersahabat Dan saya Rasa dimana2 deposit itu harus dikembalikan meskipun tidak jadi memakai properti. Sangat menjebak.
 I booked a boarding room at roomme.id but there is a confirmation of the booking being canceled and the deposit money cannot be refunded, I try asking if I want to book a room again, do I still have to pay a deposit? Because the first deposit I can not rafund with the reason I have not used boarding property. And I have to pay back the deposit even though the initial deposit was not returned, be careful if you want to book by roomme, admin a.n Delita is very unfriendly and I feel that the deposit must be returned even though it does not use the property. Very trap.

โ โ โ โ โ Sangat buruk. Pembayaran ribet. Mau bikin virtual account tapi gak jelas, sales gak mau datang sosialisasi. Sdh 3,6 tahun sebelum dipegang roomme malah dibikin pusing. Antara yg 1 dgn yg lain omongan karyawan tdk sinkron. Jgn deh urusan sama provider ini.
Very bad. Payment is complicated. Want to create a virtual account but it's not clear, sales don't want to come to socialization. It was 3.6 years before being held by Roomme and it made me feel dizzy. Between one and another the employee's speech is out of sync. Don't deal with this provider.

โ โ โ โ โ Roomme Kemanggisan (Victory Residence) sangat buruk pengalaman di sana! Pembayaran ribet, pengurus kos yg ribet, yang sangat slow respon. Hanya minta service ac aja bisa berhari-hari bahkan semingguan. Pokoknya ampas lah pelayanannya ????
Roomme Kemanggisan (Victory Residence) very bad experience there! Complicated payments, complicated cost management, very slow responses. Just asking for ac service can take days or even a week. Anyway, the service is dregs

โ โ โ โ โ Kos cabang kemanggisan, Victory Residence sangat TIDAK RECOMMENDED!! Pelayanan service sangat buruk, PIC kost yaitu Slamet tidak peduli dengan fasilitas kost. Ac yg sudah rusak dari bulanโ lalu tdk pernah di gubris, respon lama. Banyak fasilitas kamar yg sering rusak dan sangat lama respon nya utk bisa di fixing. PIC ini juga sangat tidak welcome dan nyolot!
Penagihan kost per bulan juga gak jelas, mau dialihkan ke website tapi harga di website jauh lebih tinggi.
Semoga next penghuni yg mau pindah kesini bisa mikirโ lagi. SANGAT TIDAK RECOMMENDED
For the kemanggisan branch, Victory Residence is NOT RECOMMENDED !! The service is very bad, the boarding PIC, Slamet, doesn't care about boarding facilities. The air conditioner has been broken from the month. โThen I never ignored it, the long response. Many room facilities are often damaged and the response takes very long to be fixed. This PIC is also not very welcome and silly!
Billing for boarding per month is also unclear, I want to be transferred to the website but the price on the website is much higher.
Hopefully the next residents who want to move here can think โagain. VERY NOT RECOMMENDED
