★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran jangan groomingn di sini kucing saya jadi banyak kutu padahal grooming paket lengkap setiap seminggu sekali. Dan kucing saya pulang2 hidung nya ada luka, padahal pada saat diantar kesana untuk grooming tidak ada luka sama sekali. Parah ini petshop menganiaya binatang.
 Suggestions do not groomingn here my cat so many fleas even though grooming a complete package once a week. And my cat came back with a wound on his nose, even though when he was taken there for grooming there were no injuries at all. This severe petshop is persecuting animals.

The place is clean, the service is satisfying, only the parking lot only fits about 3 motorbikes because indeed in the shop, cat equipment & cat food are quite complete, the prices are quite affordable, nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed . They tortured and bled my poor 12 year old cat Pelangi. They almost cut off her little toes while cutting nails. They didn't do a good job at all and lied to cover up by saying it was the cat itself that injured itself and not them. It was a lie. My cat was so traumatized by these people. Horrible horrible cruel people . Very disappointed with them. They were rough and harsh. Towards the pet . My cat suffered and cried so much. Broke my heart . No stars for you Romeo.
