2016 Saya beli laptop disini untuk kuliah (Asus ROG G551VW), dapat Laptop yang ternyata cacat (frame layarnya ada yang longgar) dan ditawarin pasang Anti gores seharga 150 ribu (Sayangnya waktu itu saya percaya sehingga tertipu), datang kesana buat ganti laptop karena belum seminggu, yang dilakukan adalah Frame yang longgar tersebut didouble Tip dong, Luar Biasa.
Karena saya tidak bawa dus laptop, akhirnya saya bawa pulang dulu dan datang lagi keesokan harinya (Dengan emosi yang memuncak) disana baru dibuka 3 dus ROG baru (dengan tipe yang sama) dan saya disuruh memilih, saya manfaatkan untuk memilih yang terbaik supaya tidak perlu lagi datang kesitu.
Oiya, penjualnya waktu itu 2 orang laki-laki dan gak ada ramah-ramahnya sama pelanggan (Saya tetep beli disitu karena itu Store Resmi saja, dan saya belum tau betul toko komputer yang baik), penjualnya jutek, kasar, emosian dan tega untuk menipu pelanggannya.
Kenapa saya menulis ulasan ini?
Karena saya masih sakit hati sampai sekarang, mereka mungkin lupa dengan saya tapi saya tidak lupa dengan mereka.
Dalam doa, saya selalu mendoakan agar mereka mendapatkan karma dari hasil perbuatan mereka.
Cari store lain, kalo Online Store juga jual barang yang sama, lebih baik Online saja.
Itu saran saya buat yang mau beli laptop disini.
Kenapa saya gak beli online juga?
Karena waktu itu, saya ingin datang dan mencoba barangnya sendiri dan store seperti T, B, S, L, itu belum terlalu terpercaya reputasinya (Menurut saya).
Sekarang, saya beli sarung tangan motor pun online, karena lebih nyaman.

 ROG Store, Official Store but poor service.
2016 I bought a laptop here for college (Asus ROG G551VW), got a laptop that turned out to be defective (the screen frame was loose) and was offered an anti-scratch plug for 150 thousand (Unfortunately at that time I believed that I was fooled), came there to replace the laptop because it hadn't a week, what is done is a loose frame that is double Tip, Amazing.
Because I didn't bring a laptop box, finally I brought it home first and came back the next day (with mounting emotions) there just opened 3 new ROG boxes (with the same type) and I was told to choose, I used to choose the best so I didn't have to come there again.
Oiya, the seller at that time was 2 men and there was no friendliness with the customers (I still bought it because it was the Official Store, and I didn't yet know about a good computer store), the seller was jutek, rude, emotional and emotional to deceive its customers.
Why did I write this review?
Because I was still hurt until now, they might forget me but I didn't forget them.
In prayer, I always pray that they will get karma from their actions.
Look for other stores, if the Online Store also sells the same items, it's better to go online.
That's my advice for those who want to buy a laptop here.
Why didn't I buy it online too?
Because of the time, I wanted to come and try out the goods themselves, and stores such as T, B, S, L, it is not too reliable reputation (I think).
Now, I buy motorcycle gloves online, because it is more comfortable.
