★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak saya ikut di rockstar gym kemang, sebelumnya di rockstar gym cinere bellevue tapi sudah terbakar dan akhirnya dipindahkan ke kemang village.
Dari awal saya pindahkan ke kemang village,saya sudah tidak sreg sama sekali dengan staff2nya.
Krn rockstar gym yg notabene adalah tempat buat anak2 kecil bermain dan belajar malah dijadikan seperti night club, music2 trance,club music disetel sangat kencang sampai yg di dalam kelas pun tidak terdengar apa yg disampaikan oleh coach dan miss nya.
Pertanyaan saya cuma satu: ini tempat anak2 kecil atau org dewasa? Krn yg saya lihat ini utk anak2 dari usia 1 sampai 5 tahun kebanyakan, apa bayar mahal2 cuma utk dengerin music yg kenceng2 bgini kaya di club? Staff2 nya sih enak2 aja masih anak2 muda denger music bgini jadi ajeb2.
Kalau aja ini nggak langsung debet daribcredit card, udah saya stop langsung.
Kalau mau setel music ya tolong dikecilin krn org aja nggak denger kalau mau bicara, atau kl lebih baik lagi ya music nya buat anak2 lah. Ini kan tempat anak2.
My son was at the Rockstar Gym in Kemang, previously at the Rockstar Gym Cinere bellevue but it had caught fire and was eventually transferred to Kemang Village.
From the beginning I moved to Kemang village, I was not comfortable at all with the staff.
Because rockstar gym which is actually a place for small children to play and learn, instead it is made like a night club, trance music, club music is tuned so tightly that even the class doesn't hear what the coach and the miss say.
My only question is this: is this a place for children or adults? Because what I see is for kids from 1 to 5 years old, do they pay a lot of money just to listen to music that is so loud like this at the club? The staffs are still really good, young people listen to music so it's really crazy.
If this doesn't just debit from the credit card, I've stopped it immediately.
If you want to set the music please check it out because the person doesn't listen if you want to talk, or better if the music is for the kids. This is a children's place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke sini karena ada free trial selama 60 menit. Overall tempatnya bersih, tetapi ruang tunggunya kurang tertata. Sepatu diletakkan begitu saja di depan pintu masuk. Dari segi aktivitas, tempat ini cocok untuk anak-anak menyalurkan energinya. Coach interaktif dengan dua bahasa. Namun, saya perlu beberapa kali mengalah karena antrian anak saya diserobot anak lain ?. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik yaaa ?
Come here because there is a free 60 minute trial. Overall the place is clean, but the waiting room is less organized. Shoes are placed just in front of the entrance. In terms of activity, this place is suitable for children to channel their energy. Interactive two-language coach. However, I need to give in a few times because the queue of my child is being snatched by another child ?. Hopefully it will be better in the future ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klub Gymnastics untuk anak-anak, cabang lippo. Village mall kemang. Berbagai macam aktivitas dapat dipilih sesuai usia anak, seperti kelas senam (gym), martial arts (taekwondo), dance, ballet, futsal, basket, dsb. Tapi Sayangnya rockstar gym cabang lippo village mall ini tidak memilili fasilitas kolam renang seperti cabang lainnya. Coach di rockstar gym cukup ramah dan helpful ke anak-anak, akan tetapi sales team rockstar gym kurang pro aktif ke orang tua. AC di kelas di setel terlalu dingin menurut saya dan juga musik disetel sedikit terlalu kencang.

Various kinds of activities can be selected according to the child's age, such as gym classes, martial arts (taekwondo), dance, ballet, futsal, basketball, etc. But unfortunately the Lippo Village Mall branch of Rockstar Gym does not have a swimming pool facility like other branches. The coaches at the Rockstar Gym are friendly and helpful to the children, but the Rockstar Gym sales team is not very proactive towards parents. The air conditioner in the classroom is set too cold in my opinion and also the music is set a little too loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kartu kredit saya di debit sepihak oleh pihak rockstar… saya sudah mengajukan form cancel membership dari awal covid. tapi sampai saat ini uang saya belum di refund dan management rockstar meminta untuk isi form lagi.
gimana caranya 2 tahun sudah isi form cancelation lalu tiba” di autodebit lagi sepihak oleh pihak rockstar.
untuk para orang tua yang mau daftar anak nya di rockstar khususnya di cabang rockstar lippo mall kemang village.mohon berhati” dengan pendebetan kredit. pihak rockstar sangat tidak profesional dan tergolong fraud/kriminal karena mendebit secara sepihak.
respon manager pun sangat lambat bahkan tidak ada kabar harus kita yang kejar terus.
apalagi email ke management sangat wasting time tidak ada respon sama sekali.
dimasa covid semua orang lagi susah tapi rockstar justru malah mendebit sepihak.
my credit card was unilaterally debited by rockstar… I have submitted a membership cancel form from the beginning of covid. but until now my money has not been refunded and rockstar management asked to fill out the form again.
how do you fill in the cancellation form for 2 years and then it arrives "on auto-debit again unilaterally by rockstar.
For parents who want to register their child at Rockstar, especially at the Rockstar Lippo Mall Kemang Village branch. Please be careful with debiting credit. rockstar party is very unprofessional and classified as fraud/criminal because it is debiting unilaterally.
the manager's response was very slow, there was even no news that we should continue to chase.
Moreover, emails to management are very wasted time, there is no response at all.
in the time of covid everyone is having a hard time but rockstar actually debits one-sidedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya di debit tagihan bayaran dimana ke 2 anak saya tdk pernah mengikuti rockstar sama sekali selama 2th pandemi, dan pendebitan tagihan dilakukan secara sepihak tanpa pemberitahuan lbh dl, sangat2 mengecewakan dan tidak profesional, saya sampai memblokir cc saya, krna 2x kejadian spt ini
I was debited a payment bill where my 2 children never followed Rockstar at all during the 2th pandemic, and the debiting of the bill was done unilaterally without further notice, very disappointing and unprofessional, I blocked my cc, because of 2x incidents like this
