Tapi saya hanya ingin speak up tentang pelayanan nya, hari ini saya order nasi dendeng di gr*bfood, memang saya order menggunakan promo yang ada di aplikasi tersebut sehingga harganya lumayan murah, tapi yang saya kecewa adalah ternyata di makanan nya tidak ada dendeng nya:) saya tidak bisa menyalahkan aplikasi ataupun driver jadi saya terima-terima saja. Saya tidak tahu alasan kenapa dendeng nya tidak ada, saya juga tahu diri karena membeli dengan harga yang cukup murah tapi saya kan membeli sesuai dengan yang ada di aplikasi. Padahal saya sudah beberapa kali order di restoran ini:) karena memang seperti ulasan2 lainnya makanan yang disajikan sangat enak, tapi kalau seperti ini pelayanan nya saya tidak tahu harus bereaksi bagaimana lagi. Mungkin ada kekhilafan saat pengemasan dan berbagai faktor lainnya. Sekali lagi saya minta maaf kalau ulasan saya menyinggung pihak restoran ini, saya hanya ingin menyampaikan kekecewaan saya. But I just want to speak up about the service, today I ordered beef jerky at gr*bfood, indeed I ordered using the promo in the application so the price was quite cheap, but what I was disappointed about was that there was no beef jerky in the food: ) I can't blame the app or the drivers so I'll take it for granted. I don't know the reason why the jerky isn't there, I also know myself because I bought it at a fairly cheap price but I bought it according to what was in the application. Even though I've ordered several times at this restaurant :) because it's like the other reviews the food served is very good, but if this is the service I don't know how else to react. There may be errors during packaging and various other factors. Once again I apologize if my review offends this restaurant, I just wanted to express my disappointment. Thank you??

Hanya Saran saja, galas teh tawarnya terlalu kecil, galas kopi, kesannya jadi ga welcome banget sama tamu, Dan dikasihnya setelah makanan hampir abis, padahal philosophy rumah makan padang adalah langsung menyuguhkan minuman, bahkan sebelum tamunya duduk.

Just a suggestion, the cup of plain tea is too small, no cup of coffee, the impression is that you don't really welcome guests, And give it after the food is almost finished, even though the philosophy of a Padang restaurant is to immediately serve drinks, even before the guests sit down.
