Delivery bilang lagi di jalan di tunggu satu jam gak datang pas di tlp stlah 3 kali baru blg baru mau jalan..tutup saja klo memang gak niat jualan..ini makanan bukan buat satu atau dua orang..tolong yaah yg punya RM Pondok Minang tlg di perhatikan karyawannya..
Kejujuran dan service lbh penting..
Setelah sampai pesanan ternyata kurang 2 bks,, akhirnya saya kesana dan yg terjadi kekurangan pesanan sdh ada d atas meja dan tidak konfirmasi ke saya kalau ada yg tertinggal..pas saya tanya karyawan disana malah saling lempar ,..
Jujur saya amat sangat kecewa atas pelayanannya..dan yg pling penting itu tidak ada satu karyawan disana yang bilang maaf atas kesalahan yg fatal ini..
For owner : tolong di perhatikan dan di didik krywn spy lebih baik lg..
Poor service.
