Dengan sajian khas Sunda berupa ayam goreng, burung puuyuh goreng, aneka pepes dan goreng ikan, gepuk daging, usus, babat, sate maranggi, sayur asem, tumis kangkung, karedok, tahu, tempe, sambal dadakan dan lalapan, Rumah Makan Ibu Haji Ciganea seolah sudah menjadi trade mark kuliner masyarakat Sunda.
Sambal dadakan, memang menjadi salah satu ciri khas dengan rajangan kasar ini terasa begitu nikmat saat kita santap bersama nasi putih panas yang masih ngebul.
Rumah Makan Ibu Haji Cijantung (IHC d/h Ciganea), is one of the traditional Sundanese restaurant from Purwakarta which is very familiar to the people of West Java, Banten, Jakarta and even parts of Java. With Sundanese specialties in the form of fried chicken, fried quail, various Pepes and fried fish, gepuk meat, intestines, tripe, maranggi satay, vegetable tamarind, stir-fried kale, karedok, tofu, tempeh, impromptu sambal and fresh vegetables, Ibu Haji Ciganea Restaurant as if it has become a culinary trade mark of the Sundanese people.
The impromptu sambal, which is one of the characteristics of this coarse chop, tastes so delicious when we eat it with hot white rice that is still bubbling.
