★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang niat nya mau nyenarin 2 raket... tapi pelayanan nya sangat2 tidak bagus.. bapak saya ngucapin salam gak ada jawaban,sampe bilang dtng tujuan mau nyenarin raket belum ada tanggapan juga...pas saya liat ternyata mbak nya lagi tiduran sambil main hp,sampe saya nanya senar raket mbak nya masih tiduran aja... pas nada agak tinggi baru bangun itupun hp masih dipegang dan pencet2 hp nya...pelayanan nya sangat buruk!!!!!!!
Ga niat jaga toko mending tutup aja! Miris banget liatnya! Akhirnya saya mending cari toko sport lain drpd makan ati sama pelayanan yang begitu!
Tolong buat yang punya toko itu... dievaluasi lagi bagaimana cara melayanin customer dengan baik...
The intention came to play 2 rackets... but the service was really not good.. my father said hello, there was no answer, until he said that when he wanted to play the racket, there was no response... hp, until I asked the strings of the racket, Ms. was still lying down... when the tone was a little high, I just woke up and even then the cellphone was still held and pressed on the cellphone... the service was very bad!!!!!!!
Don't want to keep the shop, just close it! It's so sad to see! In the end, I'd better find another sports shop instead of eating the same kind of service!
Please for those who own the shop... re-evaluate how to serve customers well...
