★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bapak ini janji sama saya datang jam 11, tiba tiba jam 10.45, telp saya dan bilang katanya udah 40 menit nyari rumah saya ga ketemu, dan nyerah ga jadi kerumah saya. Alasannya jalan lockdown. Saya telp dan saya berusaha bantu, atau mau saya jemput, beliau bilang sudah ga bisa, alasannya lain lagi, btrai hp sudah lowbatt. Oke brati saya simpulkan klo si bapak ini ga ada itikad baik buat datang ke rumah.
Padahal saya tiap hari juga ke kantor daerah jakarta, dan ga ada jalan yg di tutup. Saya pesen gofood belum pernah ada yg komplain letak rumah saya.
Pun jika beliau bilang ke saya lebih awal, misal, minta di jemput atau diarahin, saya debgan senang hari menyetujuinya. Tapi apa yg dilakukan Bapak ini, sangat tidak sopan, tanpa info awal dimana berangkat dan posisi beliau, tiba tiba bilang rumah susah dicari.
Intinya saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan nya. Saya harap, hanya saya yang di php sama beliau seperti ini.
Terima kasih Pa. Pengalaman ini biar jadi info juga buat yg lain.
This father promised me to come at 11, suddenly at 10:45, call me and say he had found my house in 40 minutes and did not meet, and gave up not to be my home. The reason is the lockdown. Even though I go to the Jakarta regional office every day, and no roads are closed. I order Gofood that no one has ever complained about the location of my house.
Even if he told me earlier, for example, ask to be picked up or directed, I debgan happy to approve it. But what this gentleman is doing, is very impolite, without the initial information of where he is going and his position, suddenly says the house is hard to find.
In essence, I am very disappointed with the service. I hope, only I am in php with him like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pak, mau tanya. Monitor komputer saya tidak bisa tampil (nyala) padahal CPU normal. Coba ke CPU lain juga sama. Cuma kedip2 cepet doang lampu indikatornya. Kira2 bapak bisa benerinnya kah? Kalo bisa, biaya servicenya brp pak? Monitor saya masih yg tabung 14inch. Saya tinggal di bekasi utara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum telpon Rizal Service, saya sudah tanya orang langganan service elektronik untuk service TV saya. Tapi di langganan saya, servicenya lebih mahal dan lebih lama sampe harus nginep 3 hari.
Saya hubungi Pak Rizal, ternyata servicenya lebih murah dan lebih cepat, cuma satu jam waktu itu TV sudah beres. Ada garansi pula. Beberapa hari setelah TV diservice ada masalah, saat sy telp Pak Rizal datang lagi ke rumah utk cek TV padahal hujan2 loh dan saya cek jaraknya dari rumah saya lumayan jauh juga 25km. Bapaknya juga pake masker terus dan ga ngerokok pas lagi service. Terimakasih Pak Rizal, semoga usahanya berkah dan tambah laris manis yaaaa aamiiiin

I contacted Mr. Rizal, it turned out that the service was cheaper and faster, only one hour at that time the TV was fixed. There is a guarantee too. A few days after the TV was serviced there was a problem, when I called Mr. Rizal came back to the house to check the TV even though it was raining and I checked the distance from my house was quite far, too 25km.
