★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The term of "Riung Gunung" is actually the name of Villa or Hotel in this area but it is already closed long time ago.
Instead, now it is known as area of cafes or warung to be precise that serve various instant food and drink and enjoyed while facing the panorama of Cisarua down below
View at night is much better because of all the lights down below.
Problem is, all the unpredictable traffic jam that might catch you off guard and you can easily stuck for hours in your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to see the sunset in puncak, riung means " surround by " and gunung means " mountain ".. this place is tea field sorround by mountains, the weather is very refreshing, the view is amazing especially in the afternoon when the sun goes down to see the sunset.. the price of the entrance ticket is 10k rupiah.. pretty cheap right ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back to 80's Riung Gunung was the most popular place around Puncak area for youngsters to spend Saturday night. There were a lot of huts selling hot drinks such as tea, coffee, and ginger mixed drinks. A special corn barbecue were also the most favorite menu. Today, as I passed by this place, now it's a public rest area. Though it's not a good spot as it was, Riung Gunung is still the nice place to take a short break.
