I am pleased with the quality of Customer Service from the very 1st phone call to the delivery which is just as you expect, equally for the products they are distributing in Indonesia. The sales lady, Theresia has full of knowledge of the chairs and explained all the questions that I had and followed up until the chair is arrived at my door. The building is also looking good - the construction was still on going but I could see how it will look like when it is done. Little hard to find the entrance as the location on Google Map was wrong. It is actually next to Rosseno plaza on JL. Kemang Utara, crossing JL. Kemang Raya.
