Hutan kota yang dibangun sejak tahun 1995 ini memiliki setidaknya 4.800 pohon dari 63 varietas berbeda. Selain itu hutan Srengseng juga memiliki sebuah danau, area bermain anak, dan lintasan lari.
Jika ingin bersantai dan menikmati pepohonan, pengelola juga menyediakan beberapa tempat duduk atau pendopo untuk para pengunjung. Pengunjung yang berlibur ke sini biasanya akan dipungut biaya sekitar Rp2.000 per orang. Hutan Kota Srengseng buka mulai jam 07.00 sampai 17.00 WIB.
Jika ingin berlibur ke tempat ini, Anda dapat menaiki Kopaja 609 jurusan Blok M-Meruya atau angkot nomor 24 jurusan Kemanggisan-Srengseng lalu turun di Jalan Haji Kelik. Setelah sampai di Haji Kelik perjalanan dapat dilanjutkan dengan berjalan kaki sejauh 600m.
Meskipun terletak di tengah kota, sayangnya memang belum ada kendaraan umum yang dapat mengakses Hutan Kota Srengseng agar pengunjung tidak terlalu jauh berjalan kaki ketika berlibur ke sini.

Although it is located in the middle of the city, unfortunately there is no public transportation that can access Srengseng City Forest so that visitors do not walk too far when on vacation here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hutan kota Srengseng Sawah, hanya berupa sebidang lahan kosong tidak berfasilitas, namun berfungsi sebagai penghijauan, paru paru kota, dan resapan air. Hening sekali. Dijaga oleh security ramah yg biasa menceritakan keberadaan hutan kota kecil ini. Jangan berharap lebih untuk lokasi ini karena tidak ada fasilitas walau hanya jogging track. Semoga kedepan bisa ditambah jalur pejalan kakinya supaya bisa utk olahraga.
Srengseng Sawah city forest, only in the form of a plot of vacant land with no facilities, but serves as a reforestation, urban lung, and water catchment. Very quiet. Guarded by friendly security who used to tell about the existence of this small city forest. Don't expect more for this location because there are no facilities even if only jogging tracks. Hopefully in the future you can add pedestrian paths to be able to exercise.
