★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ga sesuai dengan google maps, saya mau benerin keyboard dan mouse karena baru beli tp mouse sudah tidak berfungsi, SUDAH 2X BELI TIPE BERBEDA DAN SELALU KELUHAN SAMA DI MOUSE, tidak dicantumkan kalau tempat service center berada di MANGGA DUA, sedangkan yang di maps cuma KANTORNYA, sudah telpon wa tapi tidak aktif, TOLONG di update lagi info mapsnya kalo memang niat jualan, saya sudah jauh2 dari jakarta selatan dan ternyata ZONK
 The place doesn't match google maps, I want to fix the keyboard and mouse because I just bought it but the mouse doesn't work, I HAVE BUYED 2 DIFFERENT TYPES AND ALWAYS COMPLAINTS THE SAME ON THE MOUSE, it's not listed if the service center is in MANGGA DUA, while on maps it's only THE OFFICE, I've called wa but it's not active, PLEASE update the map info again if you really want to sell, I've been far from South Jakarta and it's ZONK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality chair. If you don't mind if NO AFTER SALES SERVICE, you may proceed to buy from them. Otherwise there is NO AFTER SALES WARRANTY SERVICE because nobody answers your call and they do not accept walk in to claim warranty. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the RGC-101 V2. Within same week the chair gas lift making loud noises and each time I sat, the gas lift drops. At the same time, I have bought another much cheaper office chair (5 times cheaper), never had this problem and the chair was so silent.
Contacted their WhatsApp (+62 822-1100-8668) as recommended by Rexus Website and ask for service. They said technician is not free due to lock down. When ask can I deliver to the service centre, they responded please wait and never respond. I am not sure what sort of customer service is Rexus having but this is seriously bad. Paying so much for the chair and the warranty was fake. Very very disappointed. Would recommend NOT to buy Rexus product with such quality and service.
