★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah sering cuci di rewash, saya pakai jasa yang bisa diambil kerumah..
Tetapi pembayaran selalu ke rekening mba nya (sepertinya bukan rekening resmi rewash)
Saya tidak masalah karena saya pikir toh cucian juga bersih dan tepat waktu..
Sampai terjadi hari ini, saya berikan cucian, dikasih bon melalui WA bahwa baju saya 3 load (berarti 21kg ya)
Saya mempertanyakan lewat wa, apa bisa kirim foto cucian sya diatas timbangan ? Tapi tidak direspon..
Hanya di respon "cucian ibu 3 load karena 19kg lebih bu"
**Sedangkan saya tau dan sebelum diambil saya sudah timbang pribadi dirumah hanya 14kg
Hari ini cucian bersih saya sudah diantar lagi kerumah
Dan saya timbang ulang memang hanya 14kg an
Saya datang ke rewash langsung dengan maksud kalau benar cucian saya 3 load *berarti baju bersih saya kurang 1 kantong dong ? Ya atau memang dr awal pihak rewash salah nimbang*
Kalau perbedaan stengah - 1kg saya masih maklum.. tp saya aneh ini kok bedanya bisa lebih dr 4kg..
Akhirnya saya bawa cucian bersih yang sudah diantarkan rewash, saya timbang didepan mba nya, dan di timbangan rewash hanya tertera 16 kg..
Mba yang bertemu saya bilang dengan alasan "cucian bersih dan kotor beratnya beda bu"
*tapi masa beda bisa sampai 4kg dan sebelum cucian kotor diambil saya sudah timbang pribadi*
Saya bilang ke mba nya mau komplen tapi dibilang tidak tau nomernya..
Tadi mba nya sudah minta maaf karena dia salah timbang dan memang yang saya bayarkan hanya 2,5load...
Saya pikir masalah sudah beres saya tidak masalah..
Dan CS rewash sudah menghubungi dengan niat baik. Terima kasih untuk respon nya.

But the payment always goes to the mba's account (it doesn't seem like an official rewash account)
I don't mind because I think the laundry is clean and on time anyway..
Until it happened today, I gave the laundry, I was given a bill via WA that my clothes were 3 loads (meaning 21kg huh)
I asked via wa, can I send a photo of my laundry on the scale? But no response..
Only in response "Mother's laundry is 3 loads because 19kg is more mom"
**While I know and before taking it I have personally weighed at home only 14 kg
Today my clean laundry has been delivered back home
And I re-weighed it's only 14 kg kg
I came to the rewash directly with the intention that if it's true that my laundry is 3 loads * that means I don't have 1 bag of clean clothes, right? Yes or indeed from the beginning the rewash party weighed it wrong*
If the difference is half - 1kg, I still understand.. but I'm weird, how come the difference can be more than 4kg..
Finally I brought clean laundry that had been delivered for rewash, I weighed it in front of her, and on the rewash scale it only said 16 kg..
Mba who met me said with the reason "clean and dirty laundry weighs different ma'am"
*but the difference period can be up to 4 kg and before the dirty laundry is taken I have personally weighed it*
I told her I wanted to complain but she said I didn't know the number..
Earlier, the lady apologized because she had the wrong weight and indeed what I paid was only 2.5 load...
I think the problem is fixed I don't have a problem..
And CS rewash has contacted with good intentions. Thank you for your response.

2. Hasil cucian lebih baik spt awal buka dan dipertahankan
1. The outside environment or the front of the shop looks untidy and not good.
2. The washing results are better as early as opening and maintaining

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya padahal bisa dibilang sudah berlangganan cuci disini hampir setahun lebih.
Sampai akhirnya ada momen dimana saya kecewa. Pertama kali baju saya yang receh receh hilang, saya diamkan karena malas ajukan komplain dan bajunya dikasih jadi saya tidak komplain.
Kedua kali, Baju H&M, Kemeja colorbox saya yang masih baru tau tau hilang dan saya chat ke pusat karena kalau chat mereka, mereka TIDAK AKAN RESPON. Waktu itu mereka berjanji akan lebih memerhatikan SOP
Ketiga kali, Tanktop saya dan celana saya yang masih baru HILANG BEGITU SAJA. Saya complain ke mereka. Tapi tau apa yang mereka lakukan? Mereka malah ngomong gak sopan ke saya LOL bukannya minta maaf dan perbaiki KARYAWANNYA malah ngusir saya.
TERAKHIR. BAJU COLORBOX SAYA HILANG. BAJU SAYA HITUNG TIDAK SESUAI TAPI NGOTOTNYA SESUAI. Ngapain saya bohong? Ngapain saya complain bohong buat cuma sekedar diganti bahkan ga sampe setengah harga bajunya. TIDAK ADA MINTA MAAF SECARA PERSONAL. YANG MINTA MAAF PUSATNYA. Fun Factnya, Karyawan Rewash ini modis modis lho outfitnya hahaha udah sih itu aja. Saya nulis ini karena udah males dan semoga ga ada yang kena kejadian baju hilang kayak saya ya.
Even though I can say I have subscribed to washing here for almost a year.
Until finally there was a moment where I was disappointed. The first time I lost my loose change of clothes, I left it alone because I was lazy to file a complaint and the clothes were given so I didn't complain.
The second time, the H&M shirt, my colorbox shirt, which I just found out, was missing and I chatted to the center because if they chatted, they WILL NOT RESPOND. At that time they promised to pay more attention to the SOP
The third time, my Tanktop and my new pants JUST GOT GONE. I complained to them. But you know what they do? They even said rude to me LOL instead of apologizing and fixing the EMPLOYEES they kicked me out.
FINAL. MY COLORBOX CLOTHING IS LOST. MY CLOTHES CALCULATE NOT APPROPRIATE BUT SUSTAINLY COMPATIBLE. Why did I lie? Why am I complaining about lying to just change it, not even half the price of the clothes. NO PERSONAL APPOINTMENT. THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CENTER. Fun fact, this Rewash employee is fashionable, you know, the outfit is just that, hahaha. I'm writing this because I'm lazy and I hope no one gets lost like me.
