★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya pesankan tiket buat kaka saya dari redbus . dan kaka saya stand by di terminal giwangan mulai jam 12.00 nah bus katanya akan berangkat jam 1.30 . jam 12.44 bentra makan siang eh kembali lagi ketempat semula katanya bis sudah berangkat . lah kenapa secepat itu ......mana tiketnya mahal 350.000...trus gimana tanggung jawabnya ....
I ordered a ticket for my brother from redbus. and my brother is standing by at the giwangan terminal starting at 12.00, so the bus says it will leave at 1.30. at 12:44 pm lunch time eh back to the original place he said the bus had left. lah why so fast ...... where the ticket is expensive 350.000... then what is the responsibility....? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat yang mau naik bus ini hati-hati, saya kehilangan hp di bus jurusan denpasar-surabaya, sudah dibantu kru bus untuk dicarikan walaupun hpnya gak ketemu tapi setidaknya dibantu dan kru bus menghubungi untuk tanggung jawab, inshaAllah saya ikhlas, tapi semoga tidak terulang kejadian ini dan kru bus lebih berhati-hati dalam memasukkan penumpang tanpa tiket.
For those of you who want to take this bus, be careful, I lost my cellphone on the Denpasar-Surabaya bus, the bus crew helped me to find it, even though I couldn't find the cellphone but at least it was helped and the bus crew contacted me for responsibility, God willing, I'm sincere, but hopefully it won't happen again this and the bus crew are more careful in loading passengers without tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip-Off! Heavy variering prices, rooms in barely rare squaremeters, the "bathroom" includes 2 squaremeters with a broken shower and no sink. Didn't feel save there at all. I would rather spend the night at 7/11 than going back there again.
