★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan saat acara wedding dikecewakan. Pelayan yg di gedung tua-tua dan banyak memberi pesan2 yg seharusnya tidak disampaikan pada keluarga mempelai saat menyantap hidangan.
Saat melepas dekorasi terkesan terburu-buru jadi suara gedombrang dan meja digebrak terdengar keras.
Saat saya dan suami masih sesi foto dan belum menyantap di meja vip, diburu-buru oleh pelayan catering untuk segera menyelesaikan. Padahal pihak wo sudah meminta utk menghidangkan 2 piring untuk saya dan suami tapi malah diberi softdrinks banyak banget.
sisa menu catering yg dipesan seharusnya dikeluarkan semua dan masih banyak, tp yg dibawa pulang hanya beberapa porsi.
Ada tamu undangan yg mengeluhkan saat akan menyantap hidangan tidak ada sendok.
satu lagi, kami sudah memesan banyak porsi dan mendapat tenaga cuci piring, tapi di saat hari H pihak WO diberitahu bahwa catering tidak memberikan jasa cuci piring, pdhl jelas sudah tertulis ada. Dan dihari itu juga kami menambah biaya utk jasa cuci piring.
Meskipun begitu, dekorasi simple sesuai dg tema, rasa dan harga pas.
Service when the wedding is disappointed. The servants in the building of the elders and gave many messages that should not have been conveyed to the bride's family while eating.
When removing the decoration it seemed like a rush so the sound of the gedom and the table was banged loudly.
When my husband and I were still in a photo session and had not eaten at the VIP table, the catering waiter was rushed to finish. Even though the Wo had asked to serve 2 dishes for me and my husband but were given a lot of soft drinks.
the rest of the catering menu ordered should be spent all and still a lot, the take-away tp is only a few servings.
There were invited guests who complained when they were about to eat a meal with no spoon.
one more, we ordered a lot of servings and got dishwashing power, but on the day of the day the WO was told that catering did not provide dishwashing services, but it was clearly written there. And on that day we added fees for dishwashing services.
Even so, simple decorations match the theme, taste and price right.
