This was my first time coming there,
At the front desk, after i spent around 15 mins asking questions about their services and available treatment packages, i specifically requested to the girl at the front desk (who loves to talk in whisper i had to ask her to repeat what she says) to please pick me a masseuse who is NOT SKINNY and I TOLD HER WHY (because i’m no skinny person and i know how painful it would be if those skinny fingers massage me....but then, there was this girl came to me and let me walked with her to the room.......this skinny girl who was apparently sent/picked/appointed/selected to be my masseuse-whose waist is maybe only as big as my one thigh... i dont have to tell you full story for this part :| (plus she told me that she just joined this place for ONLY A YEAR)
Then before we finish our session, when she was about to massage my face and head (around 15 mins before the session done) i said to my masseuse that i want to go for sauna after this... (hint hint!)
but next thing i know when i stepped in to the sauna room, it didn’t even feel warm AT ALL and so i had nothing to do after another staff/masseuse asked me to wait for another 15 mins for the sauna to get hot...
Seriously, the only thing that they got me right is a cup of hot ginger drink!
I mean.... i am very used to a full body massage since 2005... i know exactly what i want and need. And this time, i know i do not want to come back here.
I initially took the package of 120 mins body scrub massage and hair wash & dry, but i had no clues where to go after i’m done with the massage session, nobody told me where the hair treatment room, nobody told me anything!
Back at the front desk for payment, i addressed exactly the same as i’m writing here to the girls at the front desk (3 girls were there) and they didn’t seem to care and not once i heard them saying sorry or feeling bad. They only said “oh i see, mam.... i see, mam...”
PAID IDR300K for a hot INSTANT ginger drink!
PS: i’m in the phase of searching for a right place for a full body massage because my long time masseuse (since 2006) has reached her pension time :’(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is normal massage center. I don't fine any different or Special thing attracts me to come back again.. i can found like this center in my country.. nothing different.. the delta Spa is more better.. as tourist wishes to find something different from my country and neighboring countries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for hair spa service but they just give me a staff that doesn't know anything about hair at all ..the don't know how to blow dry and also I'm asking for adding a hair tonic and the staff has no idea what is hair tonic is and end up came back to me with hair serum..for sure I don't wanna comeback!!
It ruined my day..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant tell you about the quality of massage. Because no one tended to us the entire time we were there. We sat at the lobby for 15min. All 6-7 ladies were behind the desk. We’d ask for someone to help explain the differences of each service and they’d nod and walk away. We noticed an online deal, asked about it further with the cashier and her literal answer was “i dont know”. We walked out. Mind you, we asked in the local language so this isnt a clueless foreigner situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST massage I've ever had. I seriously wants to punch the therapist. She gave me muscle and nerve injury. My fingers felt numb and I got bruises all over my back after the massage. Definitely will never come back here ever again.

Got my facial , mani and pedi done here been going to this brand for almost 10 years on and off (PI and Kemang including) but the Kemang one I'm never stepping again such bad mani and pedi they did I feel I have burnt my money and wasted my time going here Can't get worst than this . The facial was for 90 minutes and massage was done only 35 mns rest she wasted time with the mask and massage also not that great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 2016 I move to the city always love this place, they have good masseur for women. Private or merge room, each have their own locker room, sauna is plus as not much of spa place offered this facilities. The receptionist the ambiance and place also clean and nice
The downside is it located in kemang traffic jam mostly on weekend or after work hours is headache
My last experience with masseur name mimi she really rejuvenate my body

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars is enough to describe my satisfaction with the services provided by the Kemang branch.
I took aromatic therapy (rejuvenate), which really rejuvante me.
The therapist did the session well, very polite, friendly and occasionally confirmed whether the pressure was enough, and for me that was a good communication.
The atmosphere is also quite calm (I took a private room), accompanied by comfortable music but unfortunately the traffic noise can still be heard.
The receptionist is very friendly and understand the services provided.
The locker room can still be improved, it would be better if the lockers were bigger and clothes could be hung, rather than folded.
Unfortunately, currently unable to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi which are still closed.
The price is still acceptable, but it may need to be reviewed again considering that not all facilities can currently be used by guests.
Overall, this place is recommended.

Due to pandemic conditions, it is recommended that all guests are asked to show their vaccination certificate.
