1. Staff dont know what to do
2. They didn't reply my request after more then 3 months
3. All reviews of the their store aren't customers, but their staff
4. Over priced goods
5. Dont waste your time going there
6. There the only laptop service store there, thus they are a monopoly store, so they can put prices higher and they think there are the only stote that can help you, even though there are way more laptop service stotes
In conclution, dont go to this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so busy that they have no time to respond to the WhatsApp message nor they have time to collect your notebook to service. All the support mention in the website doesn't match what I experience. I tried asking them to service 3 of my notebooks and it took them few days to respond and not to mention to arrange to collect the notebook during this limited movement period, it took them few days to respond and weeks to schedule to collect. I wouldn't dare send in my notebook with this experience as I wonder how many months does it takes to return the notebook upon finish service. It sounded they have too good business to handle walk in customer.
