Old STNK (original and photocopy), photocopy of Vehicle Ownership Book (BPKB), ID Card (original and photocopy) which listed name must same as listed on STNK and BPKB.

β β β β β It's better than before, the room is more comfortable and versih, the average process is completed in 1 hour. Several years earlier the service process in this place has not been good and neat, but now much better. Officers provide better service, friendly and fast process. No more brokers looking for customers in the service room. Service room is given AC although still less cold because of the large number of visitors. For visitors who bring a car must come early because of limited parking area. There is a reading area with some newspapers provided there and there is room for lactation. Good job.
