★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat luas,dikerjakan mantab,ruang tunggu ber AC,bisa dipakai untuk numpang sholat,pegawainya ramah,ada toilet juga.
 The place is spacious, well done, the waiting room is air-conditioned, can be used for prayer rides, the staff is friendly, there are toilets too.

Sampai di sana mobil tidak langsung dicuci, banyak pegawai sedang menyanyi dan main gitar padahal bukan jam istirahat(sekitar jam 19.30an). Mobil baru dicuci saat petugas mencatat plat nomor mobil dari jauh dan sambil berlama-lama bercanda dan senderan ke tembok arah sebaliknya dari area pencucian mobil. Pada proses pencucian tiba-tiba hujan lebat dan tukang cucinya (cuma 1 orang yg pegang mobil saya padahal di sana banyak pegawai) masuk ke dalam ruang tunggu untuk bilang ke saya tidak mau vacuum interior karena takut tersetrum listrik. Setelah itu saya diminta bayar harga full Rp 40.000,- tanpa ada basa-basi dari kasir untuk datang keesokkan hari untuk melanjutkan proses yang belum selesai. Saya memaklumi apabila tukang cuci takut kesetrum listrik apabila harus vacuum interior saat hujan lebat, yg membuat saya terganggu adalah pelayanan dari awal masuk hingga bayar yg sangat tidak menyenangkan.
Very disappointing!
Until there the car was not immediately washed, many employees were singing and playing the guitar even though it was not a break (around 19.30s). The new car was washed when the officer recorded the car's license plate from afar and while lingering for a long time and flung to the wall in the opposite direction from the car wash area. During the washing process, it rained suddenly and the washing machine (only 1 person was holding my car even though there were many employees) entered the waiting room to tell me I didn't want to vacuum the interior for fear of being electrocuted. After that I was asked to pay the full price of Rp. 40,000, - without further ado from the cashier to come the next day to continue the unfinished process. I understand if the washermen are afraid of being electrocuted if they have to vacuum the interior during heavy rain, what makes me disturbed is the service from the initial entry to the very unpleasant payment.
