โ โ โ โ โ Agen yang sangat tidak recommended. Saya pernah sewa apartemen di bilangan Jakarta Selatan via agen ini, dan sewaktu keluar di saat pengecekan kondisi bersama- sama, bahkan ada perwakilan dari Agen ini, Owner apartemennya dan saya, dan kita melakukan pengecekan satu per satu dan sudah tanda tangan konfirmasi setelah pengecekan, beberapa hari kemudian saya ditagih kerusakan ini- itu sampai- sampai deposit ditahan tidak dikembalikan. Apa gunanya pengecekan bersama? Bahkan saya ditagih kerusakan yang saya bahkan tidak tahu adanya dimana. Saya juga ditagih biaya cleaning dll saat move out padahal tidak ada di klausul kontrak.
 Agents that are not highly recommended. I once rented an apartment in South Jakarta via this agent, and when I came out when checking conditions together, there was even a representative from this agent, the owner of the apartment and me, and we checked one by one and signed the confirmation after checking, a few days later I was billed for this damage to the extent that the deposit was withheld and was not returned. What's the point of checking together? In fact I was billed for damages that I didn't even know was where. I was also billed for cleaning fees etc. when I moved out even though it wasn't in the contract clause.
