★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laundrynya wangi sih. Tapi stroller saya robek dan saya dituding bahwa itu karena pemakaian. Sudah dicek sama2 kok sebelum diserah terima. Posisinya jelas kelihatan kok di atas. Pas cek sama2 jelas pasti akan kelihatan. Tiba2 pas mau diambil bilang ada robek di atas karena pemakaian dan bukan pencucian. Stroller saya relatif baru 7 bulan dipakai dan hanya dipakai untuk traveling karena saya punya satu lagi untuk yang sehari-hari. Pelayanannya juga tidak ramah. Mbak2 yg katanya tukang cucinya yg sempat keluar untuk cek stroller juga mukanya sengak banget. Disenyumin juga ga mbales. Mungkin jumawa kebanyakan pelanggan jadi menganggap pelanggan yang butuh mereka.
Sangat tidak recommended.

My stroller is relatively new 7 months in use and is only used for traveling because I have one more for everyday. The service is also not friendly. Ma'am who said her washing man who had come out to check the stroller also had a very strong face. Smiling is also not mbales. Probably the majority of customers assume that customers need them.
Very not recommended.

Poin plus ada delivery service dengan harga terjangkau. Untuk kualitas produk cukup baik

A decent choice is to rent baby equipment, rather than buying and then filling the place. I have never rented a newborn carseat, carseat, sporty stroller (chocolatte), booster seat.
Plus points are there delivery services at affordable prices. For the product quality is quite good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sekali sewa jumperoo ini. ga ada niat saya untuk menjelek2an tapi saya tdk tau kemana lagi mengajukan komplain krn ketika mengajukan komplain scr lgsg mlh mendapat perlakuan tdk menyenangkan. jika sekiranya ada itikat baik dr toko kami juga msh terbuka.
ceritanya, awalnya sblm sewa kita pgn datang kesana liat barangnya agar tau spt apa kondisinya, tp trnyata jadwalnya ga cocok. Lalu sy nanya ke adminnya utk pengantaran, dan minta jaminan kualitas barang, dibilang katanya masih bagus. eh pas barang datang, warna udah kusam(kita maklum kl ini), dan dudukan tidak bisa diputar(ini fatal), pdhl sebelumnya admin bilang barang bagus.
akhirnya sy kasih baby oil agar dudukanya bisa licin n bisa diputer pake tangan, tp tetep untuk bayi tidak bisa muter sendiri krn udah seret. sampe disini kita masih maklum.
Dari sini yang membuat kecewa adalah sikap admin sendiri. Cara komunikasi admin kurang ramah, proses jemput barang tanpa konfirmasi. padahal kita udah nanya duluan pas h-1 menanyakan prosedur dan jadwal penjemputan dan balasan lama pdahal sudah di read. dalam chat kita juga cuma chat biasa2 saja.
pas hari-h penjemputan sbenarnya kita ada acara dari pagi, tapi demi penjemputan kita sudah menunda jadwal kita, untuk menunggu penjemputan. tapi akhirnya tidak ada penjemputan dan tidak ada konfirmasi dan pemberitahuan padahal kita sudah menunggu.
lalu kita inisiatif lagi nanya apakah besoknya bisa diambil tp dr admin tidak bisa memberikan kejelasan. dan tiba2 besoknya kurir ngetuk di depan rumah.
kesannya egois ini adminya. pas kurir datang, kurir pun ikut curhat mengeluhkan sikap admin.
setelah saya posting review ini, mendadak istri saya mendapat chat dr admin, bukan penjelasan tapi malah perkataan tidak menyenangkan.
sebenarnya saya melampirkan screenshot chat kami, tp jika sudah tidak ada mungkin owner sudah menghapusnya krn sadar perkataan itu tidak layak diucapkan kepada pelanggan.
semoga ini bisa menjadi masukan buat owner dan para pelanggan.

once rented this jumperoo. I don't have my intention to speak ill but I don't know where else to file a complaint because when I submit a complaint regularly it gets unpleasant treatment. if there is good faith from our shop still open.
The story is, at first, before renting, we had to come there to see the goods to know what the conditions were, but in fact the schedule didn't match. Then I asked the admin for delivery, and asked for a guarantee of the quality of the goods, he said he was still good. uh, when the item arrived, the color was already dull (we understand this), and the holder couldn't be rotated (this is fatal), although previously the admin said the item was good.
finally I gave baby oil so that the seat can be slippery and can be rotated by hand, but for babies it can't go around alone because it's already dragging. until here we still understand
From here, what makes us disappointed is the attitude of the admin himself. The admin's way of communication is not friendly, the process of picking up goods without confirmation. even though we asked first on d-1 asking for the pick-up procedure and schedule and the old reply even though it had been read. in chat we also just chat mediocre.
On the day of the pick up, we actually had an event from this morning, but for the sake of the pick up we have postponed our schedule, to wait for the pick up. but in the end there was no pick-up and no confirmation and notification even though we had been waiting.
Then we took the initiative again to ask if it could be taken the next day but the admin couldn't provide any clarity. and suddenly the next day the courier knocked on the front of the house.
this seems selfish admin. when the courier came, the courier also complained about the admin's attitude.
after I posted this review, suddenly my wife got a chat from the admin, not an explanation but even unpleasant words.
Actually I attached a screenshot of our chat, but if it doesn't exist, maybe the owner has deleted it because he realized that the word was not appropriate to say to the customer.
Hopefully this can be input for the owner and customers.
