★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru 1 bulan ditempati, tembok rumah saya rembes dan bocor hingga plafon rumah sampai berjamur. Garansi dari pihak pengembang hanya dibersihkan jamurnya dan dicat ulang. inipun membutuhkan waktu berhari hari untuk membenarkannya. Sekarang kondisi tembok kamar bekas rembes masih belang2 dan belum ada tindakan lebih lanjut. Review ini akan saya ubah setelah mendapat perbaikan yang layak dari pihak pengembang.
Update 13/12: Tembok kamar sudah dicat ulang dan cukup rapi (foto ketiga)
Untuk komplain emang cukup baik jika sudah agak ngegas (saya bilang mau saya laporkan ke pimpinannya)
Update 17/12: beberapa hari kemarin hujan deras dan tembok kamar kembali rembes. Tembok samping kamar mandi sayapun ternyata rembes. Di atas plafon rumah saya seperti kemasukan kucing atau hewan lain (semoga bukan ular yang gagal ditangkap). Sudah 2 hari komplain saya dibiarkan, marketingnya bilangnya iya2 akan dicek namun belum ada satupun pihak PT IZZA PUTRA ADIKA yang datang menengok hingga review ini dibuat.
however, bapak2 pemilik rumah di Rayyan Residence di sini ramah2 dan kompak, jadi kondisi di Rayyan Residence masih tenang dan aman. :)
Only 1 month occupied, the walls of my house seeped and leaked to the ceiling of the house until it was moldy. Warranty from the developer only cleaned the fungus and repainted. even this took days to justify. Now the condition of the walls of the former seepage room is still streaked and no further action has been taken. I will change this review after getting a decent fix from the developer.
Update 13/12: The room walls have been repainted and are quite neat (third photo)
Complaining is good enough if it's a bit rushed (I said I wanted to report it to the manager)
Update 17/12: a few days ago it rained heavily and the walls of the room were seeping again. The wall next to my bathroom turned out to be seeping. Above the ceiling of my house it looks like a cat or other animal has caught it (hopefully it's not a snake that failed to catch). It's been 2 days since my complaint was left, the marketing said yes, it will be checked but no one from PT IZZA PUTRA ADIKA has come to visit until this review is made.
however, the owners of the houses at Rayyan Residence here are friendly and compact, so conditions at Rayyan Residence are still calm and safe. :)
