Pelayanan servis yang buruk dan tidak ramah. Jika ada kesalahan dari penyewa, agent/broker bersikap tidak sopan. Bukannya membantu memberi solusi, tapi kita sebagai penyewa malah di rendahkan dan diteror terus menerus.
Benar-benar customer service yang buruk, baru pertama kali saya menghadapi agent dengan sikap yang sangat tidak sopan dan sarkastik. Jadi saran saya, tolong untuk broker/agent, marketing, bahkan resepsionis di beri ilmu tentang Customer Service yang baik dan benar, jangan pilih-pilih dalam melayani pembeli atau penyewa.
Saya tidak akan merekomendasikan agensi properti ini ke siapapun, keluarga maupun teman.
It is enough the first and last time for me and my family to use Ray White Priority Menteng Bintaro for rent and rent.
Poor and unfriendly service. If there is an error from the tenant, the agent / broker will be rude. Instead of helping to provide solutions, we as tenants are humiliated and terrorized continuously.
Really bad customer service, this is the first time I have faced an agent with a very disrespectful and sarcastic attitude. So my advice, please give the broker / agent, marketing, even the receptionist the knowledge of good and correct Customer Service, don't be picky in serving buyers or renters.
I would not recommend this property agency to anyone, family or friends.
