★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata broker2 rumah masih pilih2 yah tuk jual properti, dtg ke booth di mall, kita minta bantu jual properti kita 600m2, tapi karna mungkin lokasinya yg bukan real estat like atau kitanya yg penampilannya terlalu "pribumi" malah dicuekin, minimal bilang bisa atau ngga dengan sopan kita masih bis ngerti , ini benar2 dicuekin.
Dan main ke broker sebelah sama aja, sdh ktemu bebrpa broker, awal sih baik, setelah dikasih data properti yg mau minta dibantu , setelah itu diam aja, ga bilang apa2, dicuekin aja, ditanya tdk dibalas sama sekali, buruk sekali para attitude broker ini.
It turns out that home brokers still choose to sell property, by going to the booth at the mall, we ask to help sell our property 600m2, but because maybe the location is not real estate like or we are the appearance that is too "native" instead ignored, at least say you can or not with polite we still can understand, this is really ignored.
And just playing with the broker next door, I've met several brokers, it's a good start, after being given the property data that wants to ask for help, after that just stay quiet, don't say anything, just ignored, asked no reply at all, very bad attitude of this broker .

really bad service, people just ask first about the apartment that will be rented out, the answer is curt. how is the apartment going to sell?
