Secara lokasi ini enak banget strategis ya. Kemana2 deket meskipun kalau mau cari semacam alfamart itu harus jalan sekitar 5 menitan ke depan hehe.
Ini komplek muslim, dari awal masuk gerbangnya teduh banget banyak pohon. Namanya Rawdhah (Arab: taman) mungkin karena dulunya ini bekas kebon wkwkkw.
Row jalannya luas, rumahnya rapi. Insyallah si ga banjir (hasil survey nanya2 orang sekitar, keluarga dan temen yang lama tinggal di sini)
Poin plus pertama, secara harga mungkin bisa dibilang lumayan ya karena range nya 1.9M ke atas. Tapiii untuk harga segini, worth it banget lah dapet tanah minimal 153m²
Poin Plus kedua, ini bisa custom desain rumahnya, jadi buat yg kurang sreg sama denahnya bisa konsul sama arsiteknya dulu, silakan tanya marketingnya (waktu itu kita konsulnya sama Pak Dodi. Beliau baik dan sabar banget).
Plus ketiga, kalau sudah beli rumah disini, bisa beli kavlingnya juga (Per pengalaman saya)
Untuk keamanan sih masih belum tau, belum ada dedicated security system kayak perumahan sebelahnya, mungkin karena isi penghuninya juga masih sedikit. Ya tapi semoga ke depannya makin oke ya seiring pertumbuhan residennya.
Intinya sih, kalau punya budget sekitar 1.9M an ke atas, mau tinggal di area epicentrum nya Depok, ga banjir, dan cluster, atau mau custom design, ini sih menurut saya yang paling worth it.

This location is very strategic, yes. Everywhere near, even if you want to find a kind of Alfamart, you have to walk about 5 minutes ahead hehe.
This is a Muslim complex, from the first entry, the gate is shady with lots of trees. His name is Rawdhah (Arabic: garden) maybe because it used to be a former garden.
Row is wide, the house is neat. God willing, it won't flood (results of the survey asked people around, family and friends who have lived here for a long time)
The first plus point, in terms of price, you can say it's pretty good because the range is 1.9M and above. But for this price, it's really worth it to get a minimum of 153m² of land
The second plus point, this can be a custom design of the house, so for those who are not comfortable with the plan, you can consult with the architect first, please ask the marketing (at that time we were the consul with Mr. Dodi. He was very kind and patient).
The third plus, if you have bought a house here, you can buy the plot too (Per my experience)
For security, I still don't know, there is no dedicated security system like the housing next door, maybe because the contents of the occupants are still small. Yes, but hopefully in the future it will be better as the resident grows.
The point is, if you have a budget of around 1.9M and above, want to live in the epicentrum area of Depok, no flooding, and clusters, or want a custom design, this is what I think is the most worth it.
