Gedung eksekutif, tapi satpamnya ga ada ramah2nya malah terkesan jutek, orang nanya baik2 ga ada ngeliat muka orang yg nanya, melengos gitu aja, kadang malah ga jawab cuma nunjuk2 aja. Orang administrasinya sebagian masih oke pelayanannya, sebagian ya masih perlu ditingkatkan keramahannya. Yang paling oke cuma pelayanannya dokternya. Padahal di sini bayar lho, tapi standar pelayanannya belum seperti rumah sakit swasta, bedanya sama gedung sebelah cuma antriannya lebih sedikit dan desain interiornya lebih bagus. Alat2 untuk ambil nomor antrian dan registrasi pasien baru juga sering error.

Keren gedung masih bersih, elevator untuk naik ke tiap lantai. ruang tunggu nyaman, ada area bermain anak. dekorasi poli anak menyenangkan. lab dan farmasi berdekatan di lobby utama. dokter anaknya professional dan sangat kompeten dengan dr.Bobbi Sp.A untuk poli anak dan kandungan tidak / belum ramai. tapi kalo lantai teratas cukup ramai. tapi sayang, musholla terkesan ruangan sisa. bukan termasuk perencanaan dari design gedung.

Fun poly child decoration. lab and pharmacy close together in the main lobby. His son's doctor is professional and very competent with Dr. Bobbi Sp.A for poly children and the content is not / not yet crowded. but if the top floor is quite crowded. but unfortunately, the mosque impressed the remaining room. not including planning of building design.

Pelayanannya sangat buruk tidak terkoneksi datanya dan menurut saya hnya untuk bisnis, anak sya dinyatakan kurang gizi, katanya sudh dirujuk ke dokter Sp A Lanny dri dokter Bobby, Sabtu udh dibuat Surat rujukan elektonik, sudh terkoneksi, senin Pagi jam 8 sya sudh dftr by phone urutan 1 udh dimasukkan ke sistem, jam 10 sya dateng ke RS infonya dokter Lanny praktek diatas jam 4 sore. Sya dateng jam 16.30 dibilang sya urutan 3 Dan dokternya cuma terima 2. Trus gunanya dftr by phone dan pagi dftr jam 10 apa? Untung masih banyak dr spA anak yg bagus sekaligus, Gag professional. Hati2 jgn suka mempersulit. Disuruh balik besok, ditnya jam brapa gag tau dteng aja dri pagi..ogah banget.hati2...balik lagi ke Brawijaya atau RSIA Asih aja yg jelas2 bagus.. niat hati Cari yg deket rumah tpi ternyata ya.. sudh balik awal aja.

Waktu menunggu cukup lama, tapi hampir semua rumah sakit yang menggunakan BPJS pasti harus menunggu. secara keseluruhan bagus, untuk pengambilan obat dapat dipercepat waktunya.

Gedung dan fasilitas sih nyaman, tapi kok kran di kamar mandi musola lantai 3 kurang oke. Bisa kali, bikin kran yg lebih dipake untuk wudhu. Apalagi untuk yg lansia agak susah berhadapan dengan selang yg tidak konsisten, apalagi selangnya tersambung dari kloset (meskipun klosetnya tidam digunakan). Pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Ya, ketika dokter telat datang tak sesuai jadwal. Kalau bisa suster stand by. Sehingga pasien bisa komunikasi tentang kedatangan dokter.

Sudah ada sistem antrian namun antrian tidak jelas, semua ngumpul di counter.. Pelayanan bertele2, oiya saya lupa kalo pake bpjs ?

Kirain berobat di griya husada akan on time, jadwal dokter jam 14 sampai dengan jam 16 belum dilayani, padahal kita bayar bukan pakai bpjs
