Price is expensive, service is not friendly at all. I was forced to go there because of the 4 other nearby pet shops that I was looking for out of stock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini karena kepepet, susu kitten abis, jadi lgsg cari petshop yang deket, beli growsy sebungkus harganya Rp 8rb dimana paling mahal petshop lain jualnya Rp 5rb knp saya ttp beli disitu, krn yang paling deket itu. dan untuk harga cemilan kucing me-o di jual 1 sachet dgn harga Rp 16rb (std di supermarket sperti farmers market 1 bag dgn isi 4 sachet dijual Rp 24-25rb well, that's too expensive.
Come here because it is tight, kitten milk is running out, so it's easy to look for a pet shop that is close to it, buy a pack of growsy for Rp. 8 thousand, where the most expensive other pet shops sell for Rp. 5 thousand, but I still buy there, because the closest one is. and for the price of cat me-o snacks, 1 sachet is sold at a price of Rp. 16 thousand (1 bag at a supermarket such as farmers market 1 bag containing 4 sachets for Rp. 24-25 thousand well, that's too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa kali belanja disini untung2an dapet kasir yang ramah. Produk makanan hewannya lumayan lengkap, produk aksesorisnya tidak lengkap. Pernah sekali kesana beli makanan hewan ketemu mba2nya lagi bersiin telinga kucing di lantai, meskipun beralaskan kain agak kurang suka liatnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi pet shop ini cukup strategis karena deket rumah walopun parkir agak ribet. Aku ke sini karena pet shop langgananku lg tutup pas bgt kucingku sakit. Kucingku sakit diare & radang, pas aku ktmu vet-nya, kucingku cm dicek suhu tubuh pake termometer (tapi ga info aku suhunya brp & ga dicek penyebab kucingku sakit) PLUS bukannya coba dikasih treatment yg sesuai gejala penyakitnya tapi malah agak maksa kucingku harus rawat inap dgn alasan biar penyakitnya bs diteliti lebih dalam tapi pet shop ini ga ada fasilitas rawat inap! Khan aneh yaaa..
Setelah diperiksa cm dikasih antibiotik & vitamin doank TANPA resep apapun untuk rawat jalan. Gitu doank 150ribu..Bukan masalah uangnya sih tapi sebagai pemilik hewan yg peduli ma kesehatan anabulku, aku kesel siih ma pelayanan dokter hewannya ga jelas bgt kek orang bingung mo ngapain.
Aku sih ga rekomen dokter hewan di pet shop ini berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi hari ini..WILL NEVER COME BACK! Klo review harga cat food dan pasir kucing, pet shop ini jauh lebih mahal dibanding pet shop lain. Mending aku ke pet shop laen yg agak jauh tp vet lebih berkualitas dan harga cat food ga mahal2 amat.
The location of this pet shop is quite strategic because the house near the Walopun parking is rather complicated. I came here because my pet shop closed again right when my cat was sick. My cat was sick with diarrhea & inflammation, when I told you it was vet, my cat was checked for body temperature using a thermometer (but I didn't know the temperature was brp & was not checked for the cause of my sore throat) hospitalization with the reasons for the disease can be investigated more deeply but this pet shop has no inpatient facilities! Khan is weird
After being checked, cm was given antibiotics & vitamins without any prescription for outpatient treatment. That's about 150 thousand ... It's not a matter of money, but as an animal owner who cares about my dog's health, I'm still sorry that the vet service isn't very clear when people are confused about what to do.
I don't recommend a veterinarian at this pet shop based on personal experience today..WILL NEVER COME BACK! When reviewing the price of cat food and cat sand, this pet shop is far more expensive than other pet shops. Let me go to another pet shop which is a bit far but it's better quality and the price of cat food isn't very expensive.
