★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jalan masuk nya dong boss....saya gak nagih aula , masjid yg di janjikan atau joging track seperti yg di brosur...mudah-mudahan janjinya dipenuhi, biar jadi berkah...amin.
The entrance is the boss ... I didn't collect the hall, the mosque that was promised or the jogging track like the one in the brochure ... hopefully the promise is fulfilled, so that it becomes a blessing ... amen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dengan sangat developer perbaikin sistem sampah komplek. 2 tahun lebih, rumah berjalan sistem sampah tidak di perhatikan. Mungkin warga yg lain enak gak kebagian bau sampah dan lalat nya.
klo pak rt mah tinggal ngikut kalo awal nya developer nya nyiapin wadah tong sampah nya. Bikinlah sistem 1 rumah, 1 tong sampah. Biar rapih layak nya perumahan. Kasihlah fasilitas 1 rumah satu tong sampah.
Please very much the developer to fix the complex garbage system. 2 years or more, the house running the garbage system is not noticed. Maybe other residents feel good about not getting the smell of garbage and flies.
if the household pack is just following it, if at first the developer prepared the trash can container. Build a system of 1 house, 1 trash can. Let it be neat like a housing. Love the facilities of 1 house, one trash can.

- Perbaikin Jalan, malu KLO datang teman or saudara jalannya kaya di sawah apalagi ketika hujan blok tanah merah.
- pernah ada yg kehilangan motor, burung, sepeda
Tidak sesuai prediksi yg di janjikan awal oleh sales. Kecewa...
It's been more than 2 years, comfortable living in the house.
- Repair the road, it's a shame if friends or relatives come, the road is rich in the fields, especially when it rains red soil blocks.
- Has anyone ever lost a motorbike, bird, bicycle?
Not according to the predictions promised by the salesman. Disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan ini sangat nyaman bgt untuk di jadikan tempat beristirahat karena jauh dari keramaian, tapi sayangnya untuk fasilitas yang di berikan tidak ada sama sekali, seperti jalan perumahan pada saat hujan air menggenang dan tanah kuning di mana2 dan penerangan sangat minim sekali keamananpun tidak ada sama sekali, padahal saya sudah 2 th lebih tinggal di sini , SAYA SANGAT KECEWA .....
This housing is very comfortable to be used as a place to rest because it is far from the crowd, but unfortunately the facilities provided are not available at all, such as residential roads when it rains the water stagnates and yellow soil everywhere and the lighting is very minimal. , even though I've lived here for more than 2 years, I AM SO DISAPPOINTED .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau suasananya enak asri, adem cm mau masuknya ke perum jalanya gelap kl pulang kerja malam agak ketar ketir antr ktm hantu at org jahat, bnyk mbl bak at truck seliweran d dpn rumah jl dpn jd tnh merah trus, fasilitas yg djanjikan tmn at tmpt brmain anak at apalah itu nihil, penerangan msh belum bgs bnyk yg tdk tau kl dsini ada perumahan, keamanan at portal perlu kayanay kr sudah bebrapa x trerekam CcTV ada org yg tidak dkenal bolak balik sekitar perum inj mhn d tanggapai secepatnya mngkn kl ad gerbang at akses jl bgs bnyk peminatnya mksh
If the atmosphere is beautiful, cool, cm want to enter the house, the nets are dark, when I come home from work at night, I get a bit stuck in queue to ghosts or bad people, many people like the truck, they can get to the house, but they are still red, the promised facilities are where they can play child or anything, it's nil, the lighting is still not good, many don't know there is housing here, security at the portal needs to be good because it has been recorded on CcTV there are people who are not known back and forth around the perum inj which can be reached as soon as possible since there is a gate for access jl there are still many devotees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ karena ini perumahan baru,jd sy ksh bintang 4..tempatnya nyaman,prospek kedepannya bagus,akses jlnnya jg sdh bagus dan sdh ada perbaikan jln yg dicor menuju arah perumahan,sehingga sy yakin penghuni Raudhah residen akan merasa lebih nyaman utk berpergian baik kerja maupun sekedar ketempat wisata..aksesnya menurut sy strategis,karena anda bs ke cinere,kedepok,kebogor via jln raya sawangan bs jg kecitayam..dan ada akses menuju jln tol(lupa sy nama jln tolnya karena msh baru)cocok utk keluarga muda yg ingin punya rumah.
because this is a new housing estate, so I give you 4 stars.. the place is comfortable, future prospects are good, road access is also good and there have been road repairs that have been casted towards housing, so I'm sure residents of Raudhah residents will feel more comfortable to travel both work and just a tourist place.. the access according to me is strategic, because you can go to Cinere, Kedepok, Kebogor via Jalan Raya Sawangan, you can also go to Kecitayam.. and there is access to the toll road (I forgot the name of the toll road because it's still new) suitable for young families who want have a house.
