★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari bagaimana mereka melayani pelanggan, terlihat pula bagaimana mereka menangani kucing2 saya dengan sangat teliti dan kasih sayang. Setiap grooming, selalu diinfokan apakah kucingnya bersih atau ternyata ada luka yang tidak terlihat, atau jamur, flea dll. Membuktikan bahwa mereka tidak hanya mandiin, tapi juga memperhatikan setiap detailnya. Saya sangat appreciate untuk dokter dan tim nya yang sangat kooperatif dan nyaman diajak berkonsultasi.

From how they serve customers, it is also seen how they handle my cats with great care and compassion. Every grooming, always informed whether the cat is clean or there are invisible wounds, or fungus, flea etc. Proving that they not only showered, but also paid attention to every detail. I really appreciate for the doctor and his team who are very cooperative and comfortable to consult.
