Akan saya berikan review lengkap mengapa saya beri bintang 1. Overall, sebagai konsumen, mohon digarisbawahi: konsumen. Saya kecewa dengan komunikasi pemilik. Saya sudah beberapa kali di sini dulu karena rekomendasi sebuah toko suku cadang. Terakhir sebelum hari ini sekitar April 2019 karena bunyi gruduk di mobil. Sebelum ke sini, sudah ganti link Shaft, shockbreaker, dan 1 komponen kaki2 di kanan depan tapi blm berubah hasilnya. Akhirnya saya bawa ke sini. Dicek, saat itu dikatakan engine mounting rusak. Diganti dan membaik. Saya apresiasi. Bahkan saya rekomendasikan ke beberapa teman. Meskipun pemilik terkesan kaku dalam komunikasi, saya apresiasi. 6 bulan setelahnya, suara gruduk2 muncul lagi. Saya kontak pemilik, diminta datang periksa. Sebagai catatan, saya (sudah jelas) bukan ahli servis mobil tapi saya berusaha paham kondisi mobil saya. Kenapa bisa begitu? Saya tanya: 1. Mengapa dulu sudah diservis, hilang, muncul lagi? 2. Apakah ada kemungkinan salah saat servis? 3. (Karena pemilik berkata, ini jelas bukan engine mounting saya heran, saya tanya) Tapi kemarin setelah diservis om sangat bagus kok. Jelas sebagai konsumen kita mengkritisi. Mempertanyakan. Bahkan saya tidak menjelekkan satupun (tidak saya bilang servisnya jelek, tidak saya bilang Om nya judes, anaknya galak). Tidak ada sama sekali. Tapi begini kira2 jawaban pemilik: 1. Supaya kamu lebih pintar lagi, ini tidak ada hubungan antara engine mounting dan kaki2. 2. Ya kalo kamu memang tidak cocok dengan kami, silakan ke bengkel lain. Meskipun sangat disayangkan jawaban2 di atas, dan membuat saya kecewa, masih saya terima. Yang saya heran, kenapa tidak bilang saja: bisa jadi kemarin salah servis, bisa jadi pemakaiannya berlebihan /admittance, Bukan avoiding/mengelak. Kemudian dibukalah mesin dan dilihat dari bagian bawahnya juga. Dicek2 dan tidak ketemu penyebabnya. Lalu pemilik berkata: "Oh ya berarti mungkin power steering rack". Oke. Saya tanya: kira2 kalau suara di kanan belakang karena flap nya ada yang goyang (murbaut tidak kencang), memungkinkan tidak om? Saya tidak pernah mengata2i pemilik om itu. Jawabnya: "supaya kamu pintar sedikit, ini suara jelas dari depan, bukan dari belakang. Jadi ya tidak mungkin dari belakang." Kemudian dia ancang2 pergi / angkat kaki. Jelas saya tersinggung karena pertanyaan konsumen dijawab dengan imbuhan supaya pintar kamu (2 kali), dan pemilik angkat kaki. Bagi saya, sungguh tidak profesional menanggapi pertanyaan kritis konsumen. Lanjut, saya layangkan komplain. Saya pun TIDAK berkata om komunikasinya jelek, kaku, tidak profesional, attitude nol. TIDAK. Tidak saya katakan. Saya katakan: "jelas saya tanya pada on dan maaf saya pasti tidak sepintar Anda dalam membetulkan mobil. Saya bukan pekerjaannya ini." Saya sudah sering ke sini, dan memang pelayanannya seperti itu. Cara komunikasinya seperti itu. Seharusnya, om tersebut minta maaf. Yang sangat disayangkan dia hanya pergi. Lebih disayangkan lagi, anaknya keluar dan mulai menuduh serta menunjuk2 saya dan berkata: "Kamu ngata2in ayah saya". Jelas sang anak tidak tahu duduk masalah dan hanya bertindak karena ada komplain KONSUMEN pada sang ayah. Dia juga berkata: "jangan ngerusak bisnis saya" Sungguh aneh, karena menurut saya beliau yang merusak bisnisnya sendiri dengan kurang profesional, memarahi pelanggan, manajemen komplain yang tidak baik. Sisi baik dari bengkel ini: di jalan besar. Untuk saya PRIBADI sebagai KONSUMEN, bukan pesaing atau orang yg berniat menjatuhkan, saya beri rating 1. Saya tidak akan pernah ke sini lagi. Silakan teman2 yg hendak membengkelkan mobil ke sini menilai sendiri karena beda orang beda penilaian.

I have been here several times before because of the recommendation of a parts shop. Last before today around April 2019 because of the noise of the car in the car. Before coming here, I have changed the Shaft link, shockbreaker, and 1 foot component on the front right but it hasn't changed yet. Finally I brought it here. Checked, when it was said engine mounting was damaged. Replaced and improved. I appreciate it. I even recommended it to several friends. Even though the owner seems stiff in communication, I appreciate it. 6 months later, the sound of gruduk2 reappeared. I contacted the owner, asked to come check. For the record, I am (obviously) not a car service expert but I am trying to understand the condition of my car. How come? I asked: 1. Why was it serviced, disappeared, appeared again? 2. Is there a possibility of incorrect service? 3. (Because the owner said, this is definitely not engine mounting I'm surprised, I asked) But yesterday after being serviced by Om, it was very good. Obviously as consumers we criticize. Questioning. I didn't even speak ill (I didn't say the service was bad, didn't I say that Om was bitchy, his son was fierce). None at all. But here's the owner's answer: 1. So that you are smarter, there is no connection between engine mounting and legs. 2. Yes, if you are not suitable for us, please go to another workshop. Although it is unfortunate the answers above, and made me disappointed, I still accept. What I am surprised is, why not just say: it could be yesterday that the service was wrong, it could be excessive use / admittance, not avoiding / evasive. Then the engine is opened and seen from the bottom as well. Checked and did not find the cause. Then the owner said: "Oh yeah means maybe a power steering rack". Okay. I asked: Is there a sound on the right and rear because the flap is shaking (murbaut is not loud), is that possible, uncle? I never talked about the owner of that uncle. The answer: "so that you are a little smart, this is a clear voice from the front, not from behind. So yes it is not possible from behind." Then he walked away. Obviously I am offended because consumer questions are answered with affixes so that you are smart (2 times), and the owner leaves. For me, it is really unprofessional to respond to consumers' critical questions. Next, I file a complaint. I also DO NOT say the communication is bad, stiff, unprofessional, zero attitude. NOT. I'm not saying. I said: "Obviously I asked on and sorry I certainly was not as smart as you in fixing the car. I am not his job." I have been here often, and indeed the service is like that. How to communicate like that. Supposedly, the uncle is sorry. It's a pity he just left. Even more unfortunate, his son came out and began to accuse and point at me and say: "You say my father". Obviously the child does not know sitting down and only acts because there are CONSUMER complaints to the father. He also said: "Don't damage my business" It's strange, because in my opinion he is ruining his own business with less professional, scolding customers, complaints management is not good. The good side of this workshop: in a big way. For my PERSONAL as a CONSUMER, not a competitor or person who intends to drop, I give a rating of 1. I will never come here again. tempat yg sangat luas dan bengkel spesialis kaki2,sdh bbrpa kali mobil msk ke tempat ini, gak tau kenapa yg terakhir msk 2x mngalami jebol diperjalanan, dan smpe hrs kena derek 2x,last mskin ke bengkel resmi krn agak trauma, mbl yg lain servis rutin hrga part mnrt sy mahal, krn prnah msk di bengkel lain hrga jauh lbh murah, kalo ada keluhan lebih baik sekalian siapkan dana buat pengerjaan, krn setiap kali konsultasi dikenakan charge 50rban mski hy melihat kondisi ban. Untuk servis rutin mgkn lbh baik dibandingkan dahulu dng bengkel lain, krn merk dan part yg sama sdh jauh hrganya

Parah dan cukup pertama dan terakhir saja, kondisi gluduk2 masih saja hbis ganti bushing shock bilangnya ori ternyata universal dengan harga 2x plus punya avanza (280rb 2 set kanan-kiri),parah lagi shock coplok ditengah jalan. Mekaniknya asal saja pemasangannya!! Jauh dari recommanded
