★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside lotte shopping avenue mall, in Prof. Dr. Satrio street, anything from local and import item they have it here, the vegetables and fruits they have here are always fresh, so even the price a little bit expensive than other supermarket but it is worthed. They have bakery as well even though the space is not too big as in other mall. It's always crowded since near with apartment as well and other office building so the cashier was always queue unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a better-quality grocery store with products one couldn't find in other places, but now it's pretty hard to see much difference from what everyone else is offering (except that it costs more). I went here and to the Oakwood 'branch' - which has been cleaned up but offers even less of a selection - and wound up finding what I was looking for at Transmart of all places!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was not good. I asked to keep haagan daz ice cream in the freezer while my family and i went for dinner upstairs (the cashier told us CS can help). End up after my mom collected them, they are all melting. For sure, they only put the ice cream on the table behind. We are very disappointed. Please improve your staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such upper class grocery store. But sadly, based on my own experience. The items that are on sale, especially the nearly expired self care products that has big 50% discount label on it, doesn't go automatically discounted at the check out, first attempt, they charged me full price, then I went to customer service, and they refunded. The very next day, it happened again exactly the same, but I reminded the cashier, the girl looks panic, she then called manager & give the discount stated. 3 days after, was the promotion from sunrise products, that gives free products. I didn't get it. So the next day I came back and bought onion, before I go to the check out, I asked the sales girl to make sure the promo is still going on, she said clearly I can get free onion at the check out. But, again the cashier did not give it to me, so I asked her, she said the promo has changed. I told her, I asked the sales girl, its still going on. The cashier gave me upset face and gave me the onion.. and thats not all.. every time I shop here, there is always a mess with the discount & promotion. So customers please, please be smart, and double check your receipt. I'am not here trying to be Karen of Indonesian version. But Ranch Market, seriously need to fix this mess. It can be just few hundreds thousands rupiahs, of that forgotten discounts but multiple how many customer a day multiple by months. I appreciate the management for taking any action of this matter, but I hugely encourages ALL customer to shop smart, always double check the receipt, not only in this particular store, It might happen in other store too. Make good choices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh food and fruits. Lots of imported goods from tasty to cute like delicious chocolate and lovely cutleries. Some local foods are here too, there are choices of organics food as well.
Rarely que in the cashier at working hours but long one is usually happen when the store is almost closed.
