★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu ramen terenak, tekstur ramennya pas kuahnya pun gurih. Disini bisa tambah mie sepuasnya, tapi pesen porsi yang reguler pun udh bikin kenyang kok. Gyoza nya juga not bad lah rasanya ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedua kalinya datang kesini dan makan disini, jadi tempat favorit baru pilihan suami dan anak-anak karena porsi ramennya WOW dan bisa NAMBAH SEPUASNYA..
Cuma hari ini lagi dapet mba-mba pelayan yang jutek, padahal saya cuma minta diulang lagi pesanan saya..
Kalau rasa enak dan halal MUI
The second time coming here and eating here, it's a new favorite place for my husband and children because the portion of ramen is WOW and you can ADD as much as you want..
Only today, I got a rude waitress, even though I just asked for my order to be repeated again..

Kondisi resto tidak terlalu ramai, tp bbrp pelanggan yg minta reffil mie aja harus menunggu lebih dr 30 menit.
Dan bbrp waitress malah ngobrol sendiri,
saat ada pelanggan yg sudah mulai emosi minta free refill nya lama, di belakang nya waitress malah blg, mungkin dia laper..
pesanan saya pun keluarnya after 30 mins.
tolong di perhatikan lagi standart SOP restonyaa...
The food is okay for taste, but the service is really bad..

And some waitresses even talk to themselves,
when a customer starts to get emotional asking for a free refill for a long time, behind her the waitress even says nothing, maybe she's hungry..
My order came out after 30 mins.
please pay attention again to the standard SOP of the restaurant...

Tapi tidak suka dengan pelayanan waitressny (yg gemuk), serampangan. Saya bukan sekali 2kali diperlakukan kurang menyenangkan oleh waitress ini.
• Beresin meja sambil marah (kan memang sudah tugasnya).
• Minta Refill ocha, dituangin Ampe bleber ochany, ampe mejany basah n tidak ad kata maaf, hanya bicara " wadidaw" sambil ketawa2, ga sopan.
• Piring selalu berbau tidak enak. Awalny saya kira itu nasiny yg bau. Tapi ternyata memang piringny yg bau, seperti tidak dicuci.
• Saya minta mangkok kosong, mangkokny di semprotkan hand sanitizer dunk !! akhirny saya bilas lagi dengan air putih, itupun saya makan saja, masih berasa hand sanitizernya. Saya sampai merasa mual2 n tenggorokanny agak perih. Apakah itu rules dr restaurant ini? Kan ada sabun pencuci piring, kenapa malah disemprot hand sanitizer.
Kalo ditegur, kesanny kurang ajar, malah nyanyi2, katany lebih baik sakit gigi daripada sakit hati, bener2 deh.
Seharusny lebih selektif dalam memilih karyawan. Sayang banget restauran dengan cita rasa yg enak, tapi dapet waitress seperti ini, jadi menurunkan kualitas restauran.

But don't like the waitressny service (who is fat), haphazard. I was not once or twice treated less pleasantly by this waitress.
• Cleaning the table while angry (that's his job).
• Ask for refill ocha, pour Ampe bleber ochany, until the table is wet n no apologies, just talk "wadidaw" while laughing, not polite.
• Dishes always smell bad. At first I thought it was the smelly rice. But it turns out that the plates smell like they haven't been washed.
• I asked for an empty bowl, the bowl was sprayed with hand sanitizer dunk!! Finally, I rinsed again with water, and even then I just ate it, it still tasted like the hand sanitizer. I felt nauseous and my throat was a little sore. Are those the rules of this restaurant? There's dishwashing soap, why is it sprayed with hand sanitizer?
If they are reprimanded, they seem rude, they even sing, they say it's better to have a toothache than a heartache, that's true.
Should be more selective in choosing employees. It's a shame a restaurant with good taste, but getting a waitress like this, reduces the quality of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramennya mantab, pesen dry ramen, spicy chicken ramen, tori miso men,chicken mini don semuanya tidak mengecewakan. Ada bebas tambah mie hanya menambah 10 atau 20rb saja dr pemesanan regular ramen.
The ramen is great, ordered dry ramen, spicy chicken ramen, tori miso men, chicken mini don all of them did not disappoint. There is free to add noodles, only add 10 or 20 thousand only from ordering regular ramen.
