★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in a so called Japanese restaurant. Entered restaurant and no one to show you in, just go and look for table yourself. No one bother to come and give menu or take order. Have to continuously wave at waiter and pray they look your way. Ordered Don buri, came without egg. Ordered red dragon sushi and it came without any tuna and also carrots. When asked waited they said carrot finished and tuna chopped and put in but cannot taste any tuna. Don buri taken back and came back with egg after 15 minutes. Ordered ramen and came without chopsticks and again have to wait until soup id cold to get chopsticks. When asked if there is a manager, no manager so cannot complain. All in all very bad experience. Will never go there again. Advise others not to go too

But the service is quite long, the food here is delicious and varied.
The waiter's friendly but it's a pity because there are so few servants.
Hope the servants can be as much as before and the service can be even faster

maybe the presentation of food is more accelerated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not bad at all. I was a bit skeptical due to the fact their price for lunch hour is way beyond normal.
Having said that, the quality of the product is quite decent. Nice consistency with the broth. It's not overpowering like those of Seirock-ya, but definitely has a different pallette. I didn't like it at first. But after a few more sip, i began to enjoy it.
They serve it is super fast as well. I got my order in less than 10 min i believe.
The fact that they provide hot water to sterilize the utensils before eating is also appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was sceptical of coming there as many reviews mentions their horrible service. Gladly they were change, service was ok when I went there.
Lil bit Japanese ambient and reasonable price might be some of the reasons people dine there. Cause the ramen was mediocre and unappetising in my opinion.
Ramen is one artistic Japanese staple, unfortunately Ramen1 has no concern on plating, just throw in noodle and toppings
