★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is responsive but unfriendly. Arranged for a pickup on their office a week earlier, only to find out that they didn't have our booking and making us wait 3+ hours for them to come home (there were no one when we came to their address).
Please address your future clients seriously. People are paying for your service and yet they treated us as if we were asking for free stuff.
