Management nya kurang bagus, harus nunggu berjam-jam tp gak ada tempat yg proper utk nunggu cuma bisa 3 orang sementara antriannya banyak bgt
CS WhatsApp and the therapist in the store are not compact, they have different conversations.
The management is not good, you have to wait for hours but there is no proper place to wait for only 3 people while the queue is a lot
