Saya datang ke ragil salon dengan niat smoothing Dan bawa obat sendiri. Sesampainya disana dia menawarkan harga 200rb. Jelas saya gamau karena dibaner tulisannya smoothing 90rb. (Walaupun dengan harga segitu mungkin hitungan rambut yg pendek) seengganya jangan lebih dari 2x lipat lah!
Akhirnya penawaran berhenti di 150rb dengan penegasan "KITA PENGERJAANNYA BAGUS KOK KAK"
Saya mulai diolesi obat step 1 yg dimana obat itu TIDAK BOLEH KENA KULIT KEPALA, TIDAK BOLEH ADA PENGULANGAN (EMANGNYA NGASIH CREAM BUAT CAT RAMBUT????), DAN PENGERJAANNYA HARUS CEPAT!
1. Tapi si pegawai mengolesi sampai kena kulit kepala yg membuat KULIT SAYA MENJADI PANAS!!!!!!!!!!
2. Setelah diberikan obat step 1 yg pengerjaannya lebih dari 25 menit Dan saya disuruh menunggu sampai 1jam, jadi total 85menit. Yang harusnya obat itu gaboleh didiemin lebih dari 20 menit!
3. Rambut saya dicuci, TIDAK PAKAI SHAMPOO DAN CUCINYA SAMA SEPERTI ORANG CUCI SEHABIS CREAMBATH!!!! YG DIMANA SEHARUSNYA BENAR BENAR BENAR BENAR BERSIH TOTAL
4. Dikeringkan dan dicatoklah rambut saya dengan CATOKAN MURAH! Kenapa saya bisa bilang murah? Karena pegawai harus melakukan pengulangan jepitan dibagian atas, hasilnya tidak licin dan bunyinya juga tidak enak alias berisik. Sampai saya tanya "merek catokannya apa bu?" Dan ternyata memang merek murahan
5. Saat proses pencatokan, saya ditinggal oleh si ibu yg kedatangan orang yg mau potong rambut.
6. Setelah diberikan obat step 2 dan didiamkan hampir 1jam rambut saya dicuci DAN LAGI LAGI DENGAN PROSES PENCUCIAN YG TIDAK BERSIH ATAU DISAMAKAN SEPERTI MENCUCI RAMBUT SEHABIS CREAMBATH
7. Keesokan harinya banyak sekali kulit kepala saya yg mengelotok Dan sangat mengganggu penampilan saya.
Pada saat Keenam keluhan saya itu saya selalu "mengingatkan" kepada pegawai tentang step2 nya karena itu berdasarkan pemakaian saya dulu dulu. Bagaimana pegawai salon lain men-treat saya dengan harga segitu, kualitas alat yg bagus dan tenaga professional yg benar2 professional dan sangat ahli!
Sebaiknya sebelum mengerjakan dibaca dulu step by step yg ada dibelakang kemasannya karena gasemua obat cara penggunaannya sama dan tolong brdakan mana catokan untuk catok biasa Dan untuk smoothing ini!
Saya treatment tgl 10 Maret 2018, Dan jika lewat dari seminggu rambut atau kepala saya bermasalah, Kita liat saja ya bu!

Finally the offer stopped at 150 thousand with the affirmation "WE ARE WORKING NICE KOK KAK"
I began to be smeared with a step 1 drug wherein the drug CANNOT BEEN HEAD SKIN, IT CANNOT BE REINFORCED (HIS MONEY HAVE CREAM CREATED BY HAIR CAT ????), AND THE WORK MUST BE QUICK!
1. But the employee smeared it to the scalp which made my skin become hot !!!!!!!!!!
2. After being given a step 1 drug, the process is more than 25 minutes and I was told to wait until 1 hour, to a total of 85 minutes. What the drug should have been done for more than 20 minutes!
3. My hair is washed, DOES NOT USE SHAMPOO AND THE CUCIN IS LIKE THE WASHING PEOPLE LIKE CREAMBATH !!!! WHERE SHOULD IT BE TRUE TRUE TOTAL CLEAN
4. Dry and paint my hair with CHEAP CATOKAN! Why can I say cheap? Because the employee must repeat the tongs at the top, the results are not slippery and the sound is also unpleasant or noisy. Until I asked "what is the paint brand, mom?" And it turns out it's a cheap brand
5. During the process of profiteering, I was left by the mother who was coming to someone who wanted to get a haircut.
6. After being given a step 2 drug and left for almost 1 hour my hair is washed AND AGAIN AGAIN WITH THE CLEANING PROCESS WHICH IS NOT CLEAN OR FEEDED LIKE WASHING HAIRS LIKE CREAMBATH
7. The next day there were a lot of my scalp that was sticky and very disturbing my appearance.
At the time of my six complaints I always "reminded" the employee about the steps because it was based on my first use. How do other salon employees treat me at such a price, the quality of the good equipment and the professional professionals who are very skilled!
Preferably before working, first read the step by step behind the packaging because all the drugs used are the same and please use the brush for ordinary vise and for this smoothing!
I was treated on March 10, 2018, and if it was past a week my hair or head had a problem, we just saw it, ma'am!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kemarin saya gunting rambut disini model segi tetapi tidak rata antara kiri dan kanan, staffnyapun terlihat terburu2 saat mengerjakan, dan pas saat mau bayar saya melihat tulisan di posternya harga gubting rambut 15k tetapi pada saat saya mau bayar ternyata 25k, tolong lah tingkatkan kualitas dan ganti harga yang di poster, jgn nipu orang deh ya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragil salon skrg ud beda guys, klo dlu enak staff nya. Skrg mah sabodo bae, apa2 serba buru2. Keramas rambut aja nih diunyeng2, sampe sakit ditarik2. Gk ada halus2nya. Itu khusus buat staff gatau namanya siapa, ibu2 rambut pendek agak gemuk. Gk ada senyum2nya, buset dah.
Ragil salon is different now guys, the staff used to be good. Now, I'm sabodo bae, what's all the rush. Don't wash your hair until it hurts to pull it. There is no subtlety. It's specifically for the staff, I don't know what the name is, the short hair ladies are a bit fat. There are no smiles, damn it.
