★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 6 bedroom cottage by traveloka. When i check in, the receiptionist is not informed us that inside our room had no towel, no toiletries, no amenities such water kettle and tea cup. There is only 6 bottles of mineral water. I asked to the staff can we have a tea cup and water kettle, and the answer is you can go to the resto above.
we have to hicking to reached the resto since the way is so uphill. And what, when we arrived, there was nobody there. the resto is not like a resto it seems like an empty hall with just few of table set.
The breakfast menu was standart, fried noodle, rice, toast bread, and hot tea.
I thought this cottage is inappropriate the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived room no.9, hot water malfunction, solved after change the gas tube. After that, problem with flushing toilet, still problem when the technician solve temporary, when we want to checkout flush still problem. big problem was at night, when we want to sleep, the bed was broken, after i check below the bed didnt have plywood along side of bed to hold it around head of the bed, i can not complained that night because the kids already sleep early. Problem still continues after i check out at reception, i asked the girl at the reception, roomboy for helping us to bring baggage etc. But no roomboy show after 30 minutes, whatsapp no response. After more than 30 minutes i go down to restaurant to find someone to helping us... I think i dont want to stay at this hotel again. Oh ya one more thing, for 1.2 million rupiah / night with very simple breakfast like that, i dont think its appropriate, please upgrade ......

This hotel is maybe one of the modern hotel in indrayanti Beach.
I was looking for modern than this hotel but i don't find.
But there's bad things happen when i visit this hotel.
Negative things:
1. Breakfast is standard "nasi rames"
2. Bathroom is near exit room it makes feel not privet because everyone can see what happens in this room.
3. Springbed is too soft. For honeymoon is not recommended "you know what i mean"
Positive things:
1. The best modern hotel in Indrayanti Beach
2. Building ia okey.
3. Road access not too far from main road and not too near from. The beaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're staying at family villa with ocean view pool. The design and interior of the villa & the view from our villa is nice, but the rest are dissapointing.
Staff are not well trained, they're nice but not professional, no welcome greeting & service is quite poor.
The building & furniture are not well-maintained, some already rusty & sofa is also broken, it's very uncomfortable. The fridge power cable is "uniquely maintained" and might be a bit dangerous for family with babies.
Linen are OK but the towels are NOT, there are some yellowish spot on the towels like it's been used to clean a rusty iron.
Pool don't have filtration system, so if you stay for more than 1 day (we spent 3 days), the water will get a bit dirty and there's nothing the staff can do about it.
Water heater are using LPG, sometimes work sometimes not, but when you use it there will be a stronh smell of gas leakage, it's quite dangerous actually.
And last thing... don't expect the staff to clean up the room nor adding the complimentary water bottle in your room, it's not part of their job description :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed one night here on 6 July - 7 July 2021.
Certainly the things needs to be improved about hospitality here:
1. Employees are not welcome and i could see they didn’t have any proper procedures (or training) from the guest parked the vehicle until checked in to the room. i.e.: the employee informed to drop off the luggages at the lobby but receptionist said no need to drop-off and I could drive my car to the top at the restaurant with the luggage’s and nobody helped me to put all the luggages back to my car. I saw someone also have smoked inside the lobby… is it allowed to do so for smoking there?
2. After I parked my car in front of restaurant, still nobody helped me to bring the luggages to the room (pool villa no. 2).
3. Nobody or no security stand-by at the gate. I need to stop at the front gate and move the cones by myself when I drove out from the hotel.
4. Missed information about breakfast whether it could be delivered to our room our we should go to the resto. Receptionist said it could not be delivered, when I asked the resto crew on the next morning (7.45 am) the meals were not ready yet and they would deliver it. No information inside the our room, what time the breakfast is…
5. After all these things I experienced with, I asked receptionist to connect me with hotel managers (include my wife DM’ed the Instagram account) however nobody contacted us.
The highlights of this place:
1. Resto crew for dinner and breakfast were good.
2. Room was okay and clean. Minor problem was the heater did not work but we could accept it. The scenery was great, we could see stars at night and ocean view at day.
This place has potentials to be the best modern hotel in Indrayanti area however I would not recommend this place if the host would not improve the hospitalit services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is pretty close to many beach in pantai selatan jawa and the room is spacious. But i think the price for a night is quite over price with very little service from the resort.
There is no phone in the room so its quite difficult to communicate with the lobby or staff of the resort. The resto is only open at 7 pm if you want to order food or beverage.
I order foods and it takes 1 hour to arrived at my room as the staff said that there are too many guest at that moment. But the resto offer affordable price for the food and beverage.
The breakfast is very simple.. rice, 1 fish dish, 1 veggie dish, noodle, 1 type of fruit and cracker.
I would suggest the resort to provide extra lock for the gate in every room for extra safety as the bathrooms are located at the outside and it would be great if the resort able to serve other type of protein such as chicken or beef as not all the guest able to eat fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough safe parking lot. The view is good BUT, the towel is dirty. Many kind of insects can enter the building (most of it is bug). If you wanna book it, better to book the most front of the private villa. We book the private villa in the back and the view is disturbed by the front private villa. The private pool, is a bit dirty. There is no filter in and out of water pool just like common swimming pool.
