★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya jarang mengulas di google. Tp kali ini sudah ga tahan untuk diam.
Toko kue ini sering saya kunjungi karena lokasinya dekat rumah, harga juga terjangkau tp ya untuk rasa jangan berharap lebih. Intinya sesuai dg yg kita bayar. Ga ada masalah dengan toko dan produknya.
Tapi saya sangat jengkel dan kecewa dengan salahsatu yg melayani. Jutek dan kurang sopan. Kami beli mbak, bukan ngemis!
Ini bukan sesekali seperti itu, saya kalo beli kesitu pengen pura2 ga lihat orang tersebut.
Tolong owner que bunda, entah itu pegawainya atau saudaranya yg kerja disitu tolong diajari belajar menghargai dan menghormati orang lain. Setidaknya senyum dan menawarkan bantuan. Bahkan tukang sayur saja lebih baik perilakunya.
Ceritanya tadi saya buru buru, kerepotan memilih kue sambil berjongkok. Dia hanya melihat saya dari belakang tanpa senyum dan tanpa menawarkan bantuan.
Ketika saya bertanya, 'mbak ada capit?'(wajarnya kalo pembeli bilang gini kan maksudnya minta tolong ambilkan capit, apa saya salah cuma minta tolong diambilkan sedangkan dia tau saya kerepotan dan buru buru, disitupun tidak ada pengunjung lain), dia yang padahal hanya diam berdiri disitu dengan santainya bilang 'itu diujung situ !' (maksud dia dipojokan dekat pintu keluar).. yang artinya saya suruh ambil sendiri.. padahal capit itu letaknya DEKAT DENGAN DIA DIBANDING SAYA. Saya pun menyampaikan dengan nada baik baik.
Saya cuma ingin menyampaikan sesuatu ke si mbak itu 'KALO INGIN ORANG LAIN BERBUAT BAIK KEPADA ANDA, MAKA PERLAKUKANLAH ORANG LAIN DENGAN BAIK'
I rarely review on google. But this time I can't help but be quiet.
I often visit this cake shop because of its location near home, the price is also affordable but for the taste don't expect more. The point is what we pay for. There are no problems with the shop and the products.
But I was very annoyed and disappointed with the one who served. Jutek and impolite. We bought ya, not begging!
It's not like that every now and then, if I buy it there I want to pretend I don't see that person.
Please the owner que mother, whether it's the employee or sibling who works there, please teach them to learn to respect and respect others. At least smile and offer to help. Even greengrocers are better off.
The story was that I was in a hurry, the hassle of choosing a cake while squatting. He just looked at me from behind without a smile and without offering any help.
When I asked, 'Miss, do you have a claw? quietly standing there casually saying "that's the end of it!" (meaning he was in the corner near the exit) .. which means I told him to take it myself .. even though the claws were located CLOSER TO HIM COMPARED TO ME. I also conveyed in a good tone.
I just wanted to say something to the lady, 'IF YOU WANT OTHERS TO DO GOOD TO YOU, THEN TREAT OTHER PEOPLE WELL'

dan rasa kue nya pun biasa biasa saja
Dan harga nya pun MAHAL
Harga tidak sesuai dengan kualitas RASA
