saya ajukan proses klaim mulai dari tgl 29 oktober, hingga saat ini belum ada update terbaru, padahal di webnya dia bilang proses klaim cuman 7 hari kerja maka hp sudah bisa kembali ke saya. namun setelah saya cek ke CS, hp saya baru ditangani tanggal 9 november dan membutuhkan proses 7-21 hari kerja kalau sparepart nya tersedia dan bisa juga lebih dari itu jika sparepart tidak tersedia, diawal saya sudah bayar untuk biaya daftar asuransinya dan dikenakan biaya lagi saat klaim. akhirnya saya melakukan proses pembatalan klaim karena terlalu lama dan tidak pernah ada update. saya sangat kecewa
I submitted a claim process starting from October 29, until now there has been no latest update, even though on the website he says the claim process is only 7 working days so the cellphone can be returned to me. but after I checked with CS, my cellphone was only handled on November 9 and requires a 7-21 working day process if the spare parts are available and it can be more than that if the spare parts are not available, at the beginning I paid for the insurance list fee and was charged again when claim. I finally did the claim cancellation process because it took too long and there was never an update. I am very disappointed
