★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, consistent... but service level is very poor, chili serve in plastic container ??... very understaff for a michelin star resto... to ask for chili sauce, we have to ask to 4 waiters, and the resto is not even half full.... Food is recommended, but not at this level of service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As like my experience at other Putien branches, we had a nice lunch at this new outpost. We ordered their famous lor-mee, stir-fried spinach with eggs, deep fried crabmeat prawn paste and a new menu dish i.e. the wonderful claypot seaweed rice. All the dishes are good quality and we love them, especially the new menu item i.e. the claypot rice.
The place has a nice, modern decor and bright light so surely great ambience. The service from staff members are also good. However, the cost of the lunch was a bit pricey especially with the excessive 7.5% service charge added before the usual 10% PB1 tax if you compared with other restaurants in the mall. You can pay with cards including BCA Debit.

Sweet and sour pork 5*
Deep fried crab meat in prawn paste 4.5*

Overall it was a pleasant visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had the pleasure of family dining here. Their lor mee is a must and absolute best. My kids love them so much.

The seaweed and mini shrimps is fragrant and delicate cuisine you wouldn't notice if its made from seaweed. The Braised pig intestine, is also comparably delicious.

Service and hygiene is top notch. Would definitely recommend.
