Pelayanan buruk, tidak informatif, melayani tidak sopan seperti ngajak berkelahi, minta rujukan dipersulit.

Baru pertama kali kesini sangat sangat mengecewakan, antri terlalu lama, petugas pendaftaran sangat tidak ramah tidak memberikan pelayanan yang baik, pulang dengan sangat kecewa, tidak jadi periksa. Tidak mau balik lagi kesini. Trauma

Pelayanan buruk di bagian pendaftaran dipengobatan biasa bertele tele ,galak banget dibayar negara untuk melayani tapi tidak bisa melayani dengan baik mohon diperbaiki didalam hal melayani ,fasilitas kesehatan umum dibuat untuk masyarakat pegawai digaji juga dari negara jd sama sama enaknya saja jangan angkuh ,kalau dipelayanan test swab covid baik dipermudah.

Pertama kali saya mengantar ibu saya ke puskesmas wonosari II, saya sangat kecewa dikarenakan bagian pendaftaran tidak punya perilaku sopan santun kepada pasien dan juga ucapan yang disampaikan kepada pasien sangat semena-mena. Tidak ada rasa menghargai kepada pasien baik yang lebih muda maupun pasien lansia, ucapan dan perilaku petugas tidak menunjukkan sebagai pelayan publik yang baik. Banyak keluhan di area tinggal saya bahwa pelayanan dari petugas di puskesmas wonosari II ini sangat tidak baik dan akhirnya saya membuktikan sendiri kebenaran tersebut,pelayanan yang sangat mengecewakan. Harapan saya bapak/ibu dinas kesehatan setempat dan bapak bupati dapat mengatasi hal tersebut.

Pengalaman pertama di hidup saya menggunakan layanan puskesmas, alhamdulillah sangat kecewa.... Puskesmas letaknya di kota yang dekat dengan kantor stake holder terkait, sangat tidak memberikan pelayanan yang baik, bagaimana dg layanan kesehatan yang di batas terluar kabupaten gunungkidul.... Attitude oknum petugas pendaftaran sangat tidak mencerminkan paradigma pelayanan publik.... Saya yg hanya memohon surat rujukan saja sangat kecewa dg sikap pelayanan publik yang diberikan, bagaimana dengan layanan para saudara kita se kabupaten gunungkidul lainnya... Pak bupati dan stake holder terkait pelaksana pelayanan kesehatan atau lainnya, monggo segera perbaiki, lihat kami yg memberikan feedback di google review ini, beri kami progress perbaikan layanan di segala bidang di bawah naunganmu.... Monggo para oknum yang diberi kesempatan melayani, gunakan amanahmu dg sebaik2nya.... Saya pernah mau imunisasi bayi. Karena baru pertama kali imunisasi di puskesmas Wonosari 2 saya bingung tata caranya. Kebetulan ada ibu2 yg mau imunisasi juga jadi saya diajarin daftarnya. Tapi pas udah daftar pas saya dipanggil no antriannya, ada drama BPJS hilang. Padahal sudah jelas2 saya sisipkan bareng sama no antriannya. Sampai lama nungguin nyari kartu bpjsnya saya juga disuruh ngisi data2 banyak gitu lh, mungkin karena saya perantau, masalahnya bayi saya rewel yang bikin saya gak fokus nulis data2 tsb. Tapi gak ada bantuan sama pihak bagian pendaftarannya. Dan akhirnya lama banget bayi saya rewel baru disuruh berhenti nulis datanya, mbok harusnya dipermudah saja gitu, kan kita imunisasi bawa bayi pasti repot kalau harus ngisi banyak data. Selain itu bagian pendaftaran juga memang kurang ramah, dan kurang informatif. Alhamdulillah saja bagian pemeriksaan ramah. Tolong perbaiki sikap resepsionisnya.. yang ramah, biar kita nyaman..
