anak saya sakit umur 23bulan panas udah 2 hari, badan gemeteran, mau periksa di ugd kok disuruh balik!! nunggu poli sore jam 2? katanya UGD itu buat yg darurat aja
seperti keburu sesak napas, keburu lahiran ? heh? mbok kiro anaku ki opo?? sumpah ini apa ya memang setiap pasien yg mau periksa diginikan?
Pelayanannya juga gak ramah! karyawannya tolong dikasih bimbing lagi, biar lebih santun
Pernah beberapa mingggu yg lalu kesini, masuk saya lgsg mencet tombol antrian dong? trus saya duduk nunggu dipanggil
lha disitu ada petugas kok ya diam saja, gak bilang kalo gak perlu antrian, org lain yg datang setelah saya nunjukin kartu berobat lgsg dilayani tanpa nomer antrian. Ya ampun kesel banget dih, mbokya bilang "gausah pake nomer antrian mbak, langsung saja" gitu kan bisa? Kan gak semua pasien tahu prosedur mau periksa itu seperti apa! tinggal bilang gitu aja kok ya susah amat

Protokol kesehatan diterapkan dengan baik. Ada pengecekan suhu tubuh pasien, tempat cuci tangan, dan menyediakan hand sanitizer. Masuk ke dalam bangunan Puskesmas wajib menggunakan masker dan tempat duduk diberi jarak antar pasien. Tenaga kesehatan juga memakai APD.
Strategic location and easy to reach. Spacious building with good health facilities. There were not many queues during the Covid-19 pandemic. Health protocols are well implemented. There is a check for the patient's temperature, a place to wash hands, and provide hand sanitizers. Entering the Puskesmas building must wear a mask and the seats are spaced between patients. Health workers also wear PPE.
