★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dri satpam nya mengecewakan..hanya untuk sekedar bertanya saja disuruh antri jg dan nada nya kasar..cuma karna saya tdk pakai baju mewah atau bawa mobil..yg dilayani cuma yg mau vaksin aja.giliran org yg bawa mobil bertanya malah dijawab dan dilayani.kecewa saya padahal kan puskesmas itu untuk pelayanan berobat umum baik yg ekonomi dibawah atau yg org kaya..terlalu memilih orang.
The service from the security guard was disappointing..just to ask questions, I was told to queue too and the tone was rude..only because I didn't wear fancy clothes or bring a car..only those who wanted vaccines were served. It was the turn of the person who brought the car to ask and it was answered and served. I was disappointed even though the puskesmas was for general treatment services, both those who were economically disadvantaged or those who were rich.. they were too picky about people.
